I've been looking for a dish rack like this one for a long time. I like the utensil holder on the corner, not on the side like most dish racks are nowadays. The white coating means the rack will not rust anytime soon like many chrome racks do, even though they claim they won't. The delivery was as scheduled.

Design of the drain pan is flawed

My favorite type of dish drainer: coated metal wire drainer. The material takes up less space. It was time to replace my old one. It was difficult to find this one. I just got it.

I was looking for a dish rack that was white and not too large. This rack is a bit larger than I had wanted for the small amount of counter space in my NYC apartment, but I ended up liking the size. It is coated, so it won't rust and doesn't have the little plastic feet covers that used to get moldy. So, I'm happy with this purchase, delivered for free from Home Depot- great.

If you want to waste money buy this item!

This is the worst item I have ever bought from QVC. The drip tray under the rack is too small. Anything you hang on the cup "hooks" drips right on your counter. And since there is no drainspout on the tray the water collects in it. So when you stack plates in the rack the lower part of the plate is sitting in the water the tray collected. Put rubber feet on the rack to raise it up a little more and the problem would be solved. Dumb, worst thing ever.

Not worth the price

Cute but not what I expected it to be, should have read reviews first… Terrible odor from this as soon as I opened the box hits you like a ton of bricks.. Horrid odor

I take 1 star off for no water drainage on the bottom tray, but the rack itself is perfect for my needs.

Too expensive for the product

The wire gauge thickness is no longer there from my old to this new one. The drain board is a square with no way to drain the water. You have to pick up the drain board and pour out the water from the pan. do you not care for this pan at all

Light weight

I was looking for one just like I have had for 10 or more years. I thought it looked like it in the picture. It isn't. The metal is very thin. The one good thing about it is you can bend it to fit your sink without any work what soever.

Does not drain

I wish I saw the other reviews that the piece the rack rests on doesn't have a tapered edge that drains into the sink so the water collects and you have to keep dumping it. I'm continuing to use the bottom piece of my old rack and keeping this bottom piece to dry anything extra that won't fit into it

Absolutely not! When I opened the box, it had a bright cancer warning on it. Who would want to put dishware in something labeled Cancer!

Yucky drain pan

this rack is fine, but I mistakenly thought the drain pan underneath would be open on one end so that it can drain into the sink. unfortunately it has a raised edge all the way around and the water just fills up in there. I have to dump it out every day. The rack sits super low so any dishes I put in there are likely to be touching the standing water underneath.

Standard Rack

Standard dish rack. Came in good condition. Can clasp the utensil holder in other places. It is good that it has holes at the bottom of the holder to be drained into larger tray as well. The varying heights for the rack helps for items like plates, pot lids, cups. Hopefully the white paint does not peel off and result to rusting.

Pretty good but not 5 stars.

The cup for holding utensils often flips over and the utensils end up all over my kitchen counter. I do not overload it but it doesn't hold very much.

why doesn't the tree drain the water out of it. why do you need one that holds all the water in that makes no sense

Disappointed

The cutlery cup attaches to the dish rack by snapping it on in two places. It constantly falls off which is annoying.
