Love the tile. Love the texture it brings to the room. Cut it with a grinder with a diamond bit and that worked well!

Beautiful tile that looks great in our space. Just arrived broken twice and took a month to get replaced. Delayed the project and was given no compensation for the major inconvenience.

Delivery timelines are inaccurate and unreliable. The manufacturer has been saying that it will be shipped soon but the product is yet to be received.

Check your tiles before installing!

Unfortunately I received a bad batch and didn't realize until after it was installed. The tile didn't go through the proper QC. :( It appears as if the printer ran out of ink while printing this and you can see the roller marks and where the ink was low.

Beatiful, easy to cut even for DYIers

Surprised people are complaining about chipping. Of course you need to use wet saw with dimond blade or grinder for curves, but the tile cuts easily. I mitered all corners at 45 degrees for seamless look with a thin mitered schluter profile. Very good quality tile.

The tile looks amazing. However, it is really difficult to cut. While cutting it will crack elsewhere, ultimately damaging the entire tile. To get through one bathroom, we had to keep ordering extra. I wouldn't use this tile again as it was a headache though it's really beautiful.

Heavy but fairly easy install. The tiles were not difficult to work with according to our contractor. He used a wet tile cutter.

Careful when cutting

The tile looks beautiful the pattern came out even better than I thought but our tiler did have some trouble cutting it and said it chipped easily but overall it's gorgeous and will make your space feel like a spa

I’m obsessed with this tile! The tiler said it was easy to cut- no chipping or cracking. There is a natural Bow in each one, so the center needed extra thinset. I suggest getting an experienced tiler to ensure alignment is correct and able to properly butt up against other colored tile (due to different thicknesses and thinking through grout joints). If you have someone good, who doesn’t screw up cuts and waste expensive tile- you will love it! Also lay out pattern beforehand!

You can't cut this with out having to do a hand held dry cut. Any other ways of cutting this tile it will crack 100% this cracked on me soo many times. So unless your doing just installments of all whole piece, your going to run into cracking issues and or a long time cutting it by hand. I would not recommend.
