Out of the four screws meant to hold the platform in place, two were barely in and two fell out in the box. The material is too weak to properly hold the screws over time. Will need to replace with nuts and bolts.

This thing is a life and back saver! Bought it for our church and it is so simple to use and can even be stored with chairs stacked on it

Good size. Will receive the chairs today so we'll see if it will still fit into the space we have for it with the chairs.

Handles are all scraped up. Would have sent back but need them this week. Packaging was over the top so either they new there was an issue so I couldn't refuse delivery or shipper sent bad product to them pre packaged. Wayfair shame on you for not verifying product was in better condition before shipping out!

Very light and maneuverable!

We purchased this dolly for our banquet chairs and it's great! But make sure that you measure the height of your chairs. All banquet chairs are not created equal! Some chairs sit higher than others; some chairs have metal bars in the back or the front making the dolly not usable; and some chairs are not as wide as others...do your homework.

Does not fit Chiavari Chair. Construction is good. Does hace to be assembled

The problem I had was with the wheel bearings; the plastic bearing retainer broke and the ball bearings came out. The whole wheel/axle assembly is sloppy, and I had to custom fit washers onto the shaft to tighten things up. Still have a bad wheel, though. So, if you buy one of these, go to the hardware store and get two 5/8" I.D. washers and four 1/2" washers, and two new 1/8" cotter pins and fix it before it breaks.

These chairs we purchased are modern, attractive, light weight, study and easy to clean. All at a very good price. All 100 arrived on time in good condition.
