Great Looking and Performing Lamp

Nice heavy base preventing tipping, lamp uses a standard bulb, and the brass finish is beautiful. The height adjustability and swing arm make the lamp useful for many different purposes like reading, crafts and overall general lighting the shade can adjust in different angles. The lamp looks much more expensive than it is. A great purchase for my living room.

Attractive but Short Lived

While attractive, this lamp did not stand the test of time. After approximately 2 years, mechanism for adjustment to height and or angle became inoperable.

Excellent price and excellent product. No negatives. Arrived within a few days of purchase; well packaged and in perfect condition. Well made: heavy base and overall construction for stability and durability. The antique brass finish is lovely. Lighting is warm and the lamp looks wonderful with living room furniture: high end and classic. I read the reviews (both the good and bad) and I don't understand the bad reviews. They either received a uncharacteristically defective lamp that I'm sure would have been replaced by the store or they assembled the lamp incorrectly. I would add that assembly is very simple so doing so incorrectly should not be a concern to most buyers. If it's a style you like, I'm quite sure you won't be disappointed.

This lamp works great as a reading lamp next to my chair. The fact that it is adjustable is awesome. Nicely made and not flimsy

This floor lamp is absolutely beautiful, it has a very rich look. The Riser compliments it really well and I am happy with my purchase I just wish it had a little thicker pole, but I love it.

Good value for the price. Relatively sturdy, BUT the top part is touchy (where the light bulb is), be careful you don't hit it- we almost broke one!
