Good lamp but "faux wood" is very "faux"!

The wood looks quite fake- can tell it's plastic - otherwise it's a good lamp.

We are enjoying our new lamp. We really appreciated the no hassle return of the first lamp that had a defect and quick delivery of new lamp.

Love the ambiance of all his corner light and makes a great reading light!

The lamp is as lovely as the picture. Very good value. Easy to assemble. Good range of height adjustment. Tip - if you lower the height, be sure to pull the cord down through the bottom. I was trying to get the height lower without success until I realized that one must be sure to pull the cord down so that it doesn't interfere. I'm very happy with this purchase.
