very light weight, not for living CHEAPLY made if you use it have to be in bedroom.. my advice look around, for another. a better one.

fits my small space and love that the on/off switch you turn not push...love the shape and size of both lamp and shade...much better than I thought it would be and its so very easy (even for this senior) to put togather. Thinking of getting another soon!

not at all what it looks like on the Internet...cheaply made...when you actually 'see' it, without hesitation, you back away...it is not 'oak'...don't waste your time

A great pair

These lamps are quite nice--they arrived well-packaged & came promptly. The price for a pair was too great to pass up! They were just the right size for a guest bedroom side tables, not too tall but at a height comfortable for reading in bed. I would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting an attractive, well made set of lamps at a very good price!

Received my lamp yesterday and it is even better than pictured. It is neater than peanut butter. It is lightweight, which is a plus when you’re an older person that can’t lift heavy objects like I use to. The shade is more of a light gold color than beige, and compliments the base very nicely. If I had to find a negative I think the shade should be a little taller but that is just my personal taste. This is the second time I have ordered from Lamps Plusand I have not been disappointed either time.Happy Lamper
