Disappointed again.

I was anxiously awaiting the delivery of this table as it was a replacement for one I previously returned. I purchased this table because I believed that it would co-ordinate nicely with the Burnham Kenzie nesting tables ( which I gave 5 stars to). The description was similar in that both products are iron and painted in an antiqued silver color. Since they were from the same company,and of similar design, I expected a similar finish on this table. Sadly, in addition to the silver,there is actual rust. There was rust on the previous table that I sent back; and this one also has rust. My guess is that it was not properly prepped or the paint on this item is not adequate for covering an iron base. In any case, it was a true disappointment. Since this is the 2nd table with a "rust" issue, my assumption is that any other replacement would be the same. So,I would not recommend this table at all. I gave it three stars because it is lovely in design. The mirror sits perfectly within its allotted space upon 9 little suction cups; and it is perfectly level and square. Unfortunately, the paint job takes away from all that is good in this table. Had the Kenzy nesting tables been available at the price I originally paid, I would have opted to purchase another set of them as I was extremely satisfied with that product. Not so with this one.
