6 new filters installed

When I hit 80, I was done with RO filter installations under the sink. Fortunately, my younger sweet wife was able to do the undersink work. 6 filters, 2 hours and no leaks, & we were back in business. We love the system and the very fresh chemical free water.

I let my ro system

I let my ro system go way too long before servicing it. I called on the phone because I wanted to make sure I received the correct items. The rep told me what to buy and I did. Very reasonable prices. Now my system is epic again.

Missing Parts No Response

The black rubber gaskets on one of the carbon filters was missing. I contacted APEC through the website to see about getting a replacement and never heard anything back.

I've owned an APEC RO system for 3 decades. Don't waste your time and money with any other RO system.

Fast delivery, good quality products

I was pleased about fast shipment and product quality; I am not pleased with the fact that not everything I ordered was shipped. The O-rings and the Food-quality Lubricant were missing from the first package, so I had to contact Cust Serv; Another package was sent, but it contained only the O-rings, the Food-grade Lubricant was missing. I would really appreciate if you send me a third package containing the Food-grade Lubricant, to have everything I ordered finally delivered. Thanks!

failed to open the memberance housing

i gave up to open up the memerance housing , i have followed the manual but some how failed to open up the house, have to move to someother product next time

Great price on a total replacement filter set, only need to add O-rings to kit to make it complete. Easy to change and lots of videos if needed. Shipping way fast and ordering easy. This has been a great reverse osmosis system, especially with well water and water softener.

Easy to install and produces a good amount of water very quickly.

I've had this system for a couple of years, this is the second replacement for the 6-12 month filters and the first replacement for the membrane. Works great, delicious water. Replacement of stages is a project but the system is well designed and goes back together pretty easily. I would buy this again.

Great water filter

We were paying $30 per month for a water filter service through Sparkletts. We finally decided to get our own water filter and DIY. Based on great reviews we got the upgraded alkanized water filter. Going forward even if we change all the filters yearly for $103.00 we are still getting unlimited top quality (convenient) water for less than $10 a month- less than 30 cents a day! We are saving hundreds $$ We use it for all of our cooking needs. We live in Los Angeles county where the water is dirty. We also like the fact that the company is located in Southern California
