Instructions were terrible.

This awning was easy to install and works great on our older travel trailer.

Very excited about adding this awning to our CTC trailer. The construction seems to be solid and the installation is not complicated.

These are the most confusing and useless written directions I’ve ever seen! Then if you go to website and directed to videos it only adds to confusion as the video contradicts the manual

Good product but a few installation issues.

A little harder to install than represented but overall it's a good product. It was a bit of a problem lining it up perfectly. The instructions that came with it were not exactly for the model we received. On one of the support arms the lock was broken & the canvas had a small tear in it. The support arms (both of them) were replaced quickly by the seller; we repaired the small tear ourselves. Ready to use on our first outing.

Good quality easy install.

OK. Difficult to install. Terrible instructions

It is fine for what it is but it is extremely difficult to install. Don't make any slight mistakes because you'll rip the vinyl, as I found out the hard way. Instructions are not very good and the videos online aren't much better. Clearly the instructions were translated by someone who doesn't speak English well. It isn't easy to figure out what .15 of an inch is so measurements are hard to figure out.

It seems well made we'll see after winter is over in Pa??

The awning itself is very good. My only wish is that the arms would have been available in either brown or black

Great product and pretty easy to install directions aren’t very good and very unclear but just take your time and common sense will get you threw it but product good and looks great

Assemble & measure before beginning installation! Directions are poorly written, and the measurements in the manual are wrong. Now that it is installed, the awning is fine.

Great awning for great price!

2 years in and still happy with my purchase. Everything still works as expected. Smooth as silk deployment and retraction.

I was a little nervous because the cost seemed too good to be true but we love it. It took two of us to install but it went on in the same spot as my old broken canopy. We camped with it a week later and extended it all the way out and set the legs straight up and down and the side bars slide all the way up so no one hit their head (this always happened with my old canopy). The color is nice and the fabric is very sturdy.
