Very sturdy, smooth cotton doesn't grab dog hair
I bought some of these about 4 years ago, because I was fed up with synthetic fleece blankets stinking quickly after I had washed them. I have 2 rescue Chihuahuas and these were huge for them, so I folded them over and sewed them like that. They are now perfect sized. We wash them about once a month and they are still perfect. They cotton is a tight weave that gives the blankets a smooth hand. I just take them outside and give them a shake between washes and that's it. Hair falls off. Try doing that with a synthetic fleece blanket....nope. If/when these wear out, I will buy more. Love them.

I had to buy another one because my grandkids took mine to take a nap, and I still haven’t gotten it back. Nice blanket to throw over my legs when it’s cool out.
