I ordered the 2x3. It was tightly FOLDED in a box

I assumed that the folds would 'fall out' given time. Nope. But the ridges of the folds to collect dirt. So I washed it, assuming that the folds would go away. Nope. Do not recommend. Would not buy again. May return the product.

Not what I was expecting

It’s a great print, but the quality is super cheap. It also doesn’t look ivory. It’s more of a dirtier cream I want to say, kind of leaning towards a grey. It’s going back for sure.

Not comfortable or soft at all

The quality of this rug is sadly just awful. I have rugs made of the exact same material that feel soft and cozy. This felt like stiff plastic .. almost like turf. I also don’t really appreciate that rugsusa charges to return products. Seems greedy for a cheaply made rug.

Pretty...but cheap

I LOVE the look of this rug. However, it is VERY thin and bunches up quite easily. It also came folded several times instead of rolled up so it was very wrinkled and took a long time for it to settle in. The corners are already starting to curl up but we're hoping some carpet tape can fix that. It was very cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. It'll make due for the temporary space we're in now but I wouldn't consider this a rug we'll own for a long period of time.

great price and pattern, not great quality.

3 stars for the pattern and price point but I will say it's definitely a cheaper looking rug. the cream color is kind of dingy looking and when the pile moves one direction it looks kind of dirty. I am keeping because I love the pattern and how it looks overall in our living room but cannot attest to longevity.

Fair for price, overall poor quality

This rug is fair for its price but I was expecting it to look and feel better. The rug came folded in half as opposed to rolled so the folds are harsh and I’m not sure how long it will take for it to straighten out. The new rug smell this guy gave off was overpowering (in a bad gave me a 3 hour headache kinda way) but the deciding factor in returning this was the feel of it. It felt cheap to touch, like.. the word crunchy comes to mind when trying to describe the feeling of it. The texture also just looks really cheap. I got suckered into all the pretty Instagram living room photos that featured this rug, so I uploaded a photo so you can see a very basic living room without decor to set the realistic expectation of what this rug will look like all on its own without pretty things around it building it up ;)

Not a fan.

I have the more plush version of this rug and i LOVE it. I bought this version for the entryway thinking it would be similar- just low pile. It is not. It is extremely cheap looking- not as pictured. It had threads pulled which made the corners all bunch up. Not sure i could get it to lay flat even with rug tape. And then i got to pay to return it : |

Love it!

It’s very soft, which I love. It’s a little thinner than I thought, but after using it for a few weeks now, it’s not a big deal. A bit of fuzz came up after first vacuum but no more. I follow Rug USA’s recommendation to use high carpet setting on my vacuum. I love it.
