Poor Quality

I bought this rug for the color and pattern. In person the colors are much brighter, with more pastels (pink and yellow). The rug itself feels like poor quality. The material feels plasticy and the rug pile is thin. If I had viewed it in person I would not have purchsed it.

This rug is beautiful. The colors are exactly as pictured and pulls my room together.

Pass

I don’t recommend this. It’s 5 inches shorter than advertised. It’s also a completely different color. The colors look rich, vibrant, and deep in photos but pastel and bland in real life. I know ‘color differs from screen to screen’ but this is actually wild. The top photo is how it looks in real life and the bottom is how it looked in the ‘try it in your room’ function/photos online. It also weirdly comes folded.

Looks cheap- can’t get ends to flatten.

Bad tug

Rug curves and crawls all of the room. Tried 3 different methods to get it to lay straight but doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. No warranty on this product.

This was the 4th rug I had purchased to try and go with my chairs and it’s perfect.

I have not seen the product yet! I am out of town.

Absolutely love the light blue/aqua/ dark grey/cream colour! The rug arrived nicely packaged & very quickly. It's not a "plush" rug, rather thin, and not the softest, but I bought it for the colour & pattern. Satisfied in price and what it is; would buy again!

I will say, the day I received this rug, I was fully ready to come give it a 3 star review because it came folded instead of rolled, so it had tons of creases and ripples when I first laid it out. But if you purchase this, just wait for it!!!! Everything settled perfectly flat after about 2 days and I love everything about this rug: the color, the texture, etc!

Stretched out and bubbling

The rug is bubbling in the middle, and we cannot get it to go back. We have tried for the last month to get it back to its original shape, but for some reason it’s like the middle was stretched out.

Rug is nice but Home Depot folded this huge rug and there is not getting the lumps and humps out of it…we’ve tried everything. Do not fold these rugs. This thing is 9’x12’. It should only be rolled.
