Missing Parts
I have never purchased a Safavieh item that I have not loved. This light is stylish and good quality. I purchased two. However, one box was missing the 2 x part G screwed balls needed to mount the light. I was able to temporarily use mismatched nuts and bolts to install the light until a replacement light containing all of the necessary parts can be shipped next week. The only option of remedy I was given was to return the light that is missing the parts and repurchase another one. All I need are two black part G screwed balls.
Black option is actually oil rubbed bronze
Attractive, inexpensive lighting fixture. We just installed two in a flip. Lower score is for two reasons: 1. Screws for mounting the fixture to junction box bracket bar are only just long enough to grip the decorative nuts. They should be a few millimeters longer. 2. The "black" option is actually oil rubbed bronze.
