Great lights

I love these lights, they really give off a great light. The roll of lights is long so it can really span a large area. The installation was pretty straight forward and easy to understand. I have installed others before and this product has had no issues. The light is bright and really brings a fun vibe to whatever room you install it in. Great product I would suggest anyone purchase it!

Nice light tape for those with LED experience

The LED lights are very easy to use. The package contains the LED tape light, which requires a power supply, controller, and additional mounting accessories if anything other than the adhesive strip on the back.

Perfect extension

This RibbonFlex Pro 16.4 ft. (5M) 24-Volt LED Tape ribbon light string is excellent if it fits what you NEED. It is a very specific extension type item that will not work without the beginning pieces.. that said. it is perfect in every way after that. Once connected to the previous light chain it will perform perfectly. Giving you a extended light show with the same control.

Easy to install, works great and works well with a dimmer

These were easy to install and look great. I connected mine to a smart plug so they can be controlled with my home smart device. They are easy to set up with a mechanical switch as well.

Nice If you want to spend a little extra for the accessories.

The product puts out nice lighting. The only thing that I didn't like about it was that I needed to also purchase a transformer in order to make them usable. The lights can be linked together for a longer run which is great. They are also dimmable if you want to purchase the extra parts. It does come the instructions on how to split the lighting up to three legs.

Ribbon light

I gave this a 4/5 because it does not come with a power source or a way to plug it in. I did not realize that when I got it so I have to figure that out. Other than that this product seems to be well made and is very flat so that it can be easily hidden. The instructions are actually helpful and recommend soldering connections for RV’s and boats where there is a lot of movement. The kit does come with connector pieces so that additional ribbons can be strung together to make a much longer light.

Nice effect, no power supply

I enjoyed this product as it is easily hidden in kitchen cabinets. I wish it had come with a power supply though. I used it as cabinet accent lighting for over and under and decided to give it is own switch so my wife could have her little bit of light without running up the electric bill. The adhesive isnt very good though, that could be better. But overall this is a nice product.

Add Undercabinet Lights

I used this light strip to add lights to the new cabinets I installed in my laundry room. The LED strips tucks nicely out of the way so it can't be seen and with the ability to cut the strip every few inches, it is easy to get the length you need. The included connectors easily allow to connect between cabinets. Read the directions though as you need a special power unit (not included) to power on and control the lights.

Easy to use, but does NOT include the power supply.

Easy to use, but does NOT include the power supply. My kids were wanting to add some ambient lighting to their matress headboard. I have used Armacost lighting products in the past without any issues. This lighting ribbon is easy to install with the 3M adhesive already attached to the back of the ribbon and it is easy to connect to the power supply or additional ribbons. Most importantly, this does NOT come with the power supply so you will need to purchase that separately unless you're buying this as an extension of another ribbon.

awesome LED Lights

I can not wait to install these maybe in kitchen underneath my cabinets or add to the ones I have under my gazeboon on the patio ,whatever my wife will like the best is what counts.I know we will use them somewhere in the house just not sure ,My wife and I love LED lights like these. They are simple to install so it wont take us long to decide when and where.Thank you Home Depot

32 Foot LED Tape Light

Armacost Lighting Ribbonflex 32.8 ft. LED Tape Light. Soft Bright white. Dimmable For dry installation locations. Ordered for installation in renovation project. Requires additional equipment including in wall dimmer, power supply, and optional (recommended) mounting channel. Looks cool. Advertised as trimmable and peel and stick, however unsure of durability and safety. I intend to place it in hands of my very capable, professional electrician.

Great Accent Lighting

These ribbon lights are very cool and can be used all around the house. We put them around our dart board and it really looks good, they are dimmable. Make sure that you purchase the DC power supply because it does not come with this pack, ribbon lights and tape light connectors only. This has 32 feet of ribbon lights but can be cut to a shorter length. Adding these lights do not use much electricity, very low wattage. Easy to install, just peel off backing and stick to surface and plug into outlet. The only thing that I was disappointed with is that after a day, they did not say stuck to my dart board.

A really cool tape light

Before I go into what's really cool about this light I have to say that I can't actually test the lighting itself since it does not come with a required 24 volt DC power supply, which is sold separately. I didn't realize that at the time that I ordered this light. This is the reason I haven't rated this light with 5 stars, but I would certainly not hesitate to recommend the light to a friend. But with that said I have similar tape lighting by the same company in colored lights which works beautifully. I assume this tape light will be the same. So what makes this so cool-well you can pretty much install this anywhere and you don't have to worry about the length because you can cut it (between the copper colored lines on the tape itself) to fit. You can also add on to it by using the included Surelock Splice Connectors. And say you have a bridge someplace where you don't want lighting but you want the lighting before and after --you can use the included SureLock Wire Lead Connectors to make a bridge gap. The light can be used with a dimmer outlet. The light can also be used with direct battery connection, so where you don't have electricity (a boat,etc.) you can still have the use of this very cool light. The instructions that come with the light are fabulous---great pictures and excellent understandable verbage. Installation is easy since the tape is on a reel and it's peel and stick. You peel back the protector paper as you reel the light along the area to be covered.

Armacoast ribbon lights

These Armacoast ribbon lights are very bright and emit a soft white light. They come in a thirty-two-foot roll. They are for dry locations only. You can cut the tape for whatever length you need. The lights are spaced about half an inch a part. The sticky tape on the back is very adhesive. There are different power wattage requirements depending on the kit you purchase.

Needs Extra Stuff

The ribbon light is great for under counter or behind moulding, etc. I gave this Four Stars because it did not include even a basic LED driver (power supply) to get you up and running. The Armacost website provides very good assistance in determining the type of driver you require, and even gives directions on using a dimmer. Very helpful. In addition, if the ribbon light itself will be visible (not under a kitchen cabinet), it is recommended that you use a light diffuser, which is also available at extra cost from Armacost. If you'll be using a dimmer, that's extra, too. Again, the Armacost website will give you all the info you'll need to give you your ideal lighting situation.

They provide excellent lighting

A friend introduced me to Armacost lighting and since then I have been hooked on them because they provide excellent lighting and great adhesion which allows you to literally install it wherever you wish without the need for extra hardware. I used this particular light strip to install in my sons bedroom and it came out great. I ran an extra wire for the light switch on the wall and he loves it. Can't wait for my next lighting project.

A great way to accent areas with these accent ribbon tape lights. Can be cut to size required length. LED tape light comes in a 32.8 feet roll with 2 LED light connections and 2 wire support clips and instructions. The manufacturer states that that the tape lights will produce 65,000+ hours of continous use. The LEDs are considered as a soft light of 3000K and requires a 24-voltnDC power supply and a controller either wall mounted or a remote controller. Comes with a 3 year limited warranty. Very energy efficient with a use of 56 watts.
