Missing hardware 6 months later..still waiting

I bought a train table set for Christmas, it is now June and I am still without the hardware to assemble it. I feel totally ripped off! What a way to do business. I would like a refund for my unusable product.

Damaged materials on arrival

Overall the table looks good when completely set up, but the materials are subpar. The wood split multiple times when screwing pieces together, the contents showed up very dusty (I had to baby wipe everything down). One piece of material showed up incredibly bent and nearly split. Unfortunately we opened the product on Christmas Eve and didn’t anticipate the level of damage within, and had to set it up to surprise our little guy. Returning it didn’t feel like an option. Wouldn’t really recommend purchase.

Good but we had a couple issues

My son loves it, but the trains don’t roll properly and the table surface boards are a bit warped so they don’t line up properly. It makes it so that the track doesn’t line up properly and comes apart, we were a bit disappointed in that aspect. There is also an issue with the bridge not being high enough for the trains to get underneath, we added a little height with slim blocks underneath the bridge pillars. We also bought better quality trains that actually roll so our 2.5 year old doesn’t get frustrated. There are so many different things to play with and my son loves the crane and all the little trucks that came with it.

Bought this for my toddler and it’s created hours of enjoyment. He loves it so much. The storage underneath is great too! Highly recommend this to everyone

A perfect gift for our grandson's 3rd birthday. It's a great height off the floor for him. Everything you see in the picture comes with the table.

Purchased for my 3 year old grandson. He loves playing with his new train table. Easy to put together and the accessories are very cute. I did glue tree to tree base and buildings to their bases. Perfect!

adorable train set kids love it

train set itself is so cute and my 3 kids (8, 6, and 3 years old) absolutely love it. But it is very frustrating when the trains fall off constantly on curves and they don't fit under the bridge. I also suggest they start putting a piece of wood on both ends to hold up the top better and make it more sturdy. I dont have a problem with the tracks coming apart like I seen other reviewer post but if they added the wood on the ends and fixed why the trains fall off on curves and raise the bridge a bit i would absolutely buy again.

Durability

This present was a gift for my son when he turned 2, and he just turned 9. We still use it daily and while it obviously has scrapes from play and moving it around. It's still one of my son's favorite toys. And when he's not playing with the trains the table still works for him to play legos or anything else. It's durability is great!

I want to return this so bad but it's too big. The tracks collapsed within 2 weeks! Would not recommend. And it's crazy trying to put it back together.

Love love love it

The kids love it, keeps them busy for a while - it requires a little patience to put it together. BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT!!

Imagination abound!!!

Easy to put together. Sturdy. My 4 year old twin grandsons love it. Their imagination with it is something to watch. Read the dimensions and measure where you want it first. I did and have no problem with the size.

The box came torn so some of the wood was scraped other than that great toy!
