Drawers don’t fit, poor quality, poor service.

None of the drawers fit in this dresser even after following the instructions to the tee. Customer service has been a nightmare due to unqualified representatives giving incorrect information on their return process. I am not sure why the burden is on the customer for a manufacturer and company error. Spend your money elsewhere because what you buy you ultimately will be stuck with whether you like it or not.

Bought by mistake but glad that we did. Perfect touch to our guest bedroom. Sleek and modern.

Beautiful but poor quality

I wanted to love this dresser but honestly I am super disappointed about the quality. It is absolutely beautiful looking but the function of it is horrible. The cams keep popping out of a couple of the drawers which makes the whole drawer fall apart. Two of the drawers have to be forcefully shut and they make a horrible noise that sounds like they are about to break. The top right hand handle fell off day one due to the tiny little screws provided. If the dresser was better quality, the 5 hours it took to assemble wouldn’t have been a big deal but at this point I feel like I wasted my time and money. I really wanted to purchase a bed frame from them as well but am highly debating it now due to the poor quality of the dresser and am worried the bed frame won’t hold up.

Not at all what was expected

Although once assembled it looks nice, everything else about it is cheap. The directions were unclear about the drawer slides and the drawers get stuck when putting them in. The worst part is that the drawers are about half the size of the drawer fronts so barely any clothing fits in them. They also stop two inches before the back of the dresser, wasting space there as well. This is the first piece from here that I have not liked.

The actual item is a lot lighter in color than the pictures. some of the pieces are poor quality — didn’t align fully so there is a gap in the seams and the back panel is two pieces that barely hold together. It looks nice but if look closely you can see the low quality. Drawer doesn’t shut fully on its own. Have to shove it closed.

Better than the dresser. Feels more solid and functional. Not too hard to put together as one person.

Great instructions and parts. Some holes were not predrilled precisely on areas.

Very hard to put together

Quality piece

Exactly what I was looking for! I ordered 2 nightstands for my master bedroom. They took about an hour each to put together, but are very sturdy and seem like they will last for some time.
