Riedel Stemware Never Disappoints

I had the opportunity to replace stemware that was clunky with these beautiful light Riedel white wine glasses. I like how these feel in your hand. Any of the Riedel wine glass bundles would make a wonderful gift.

Review of Riedel Vinum Chardonnay / Viognier Glasses (Set of 6)

Good quality glasses, which seem to survive the washing up machine.

For me, these feel just perfect. Stylish, fitting size being big but not clumsy, great to drink, improve the wine and good to hold with a fine balance in hand.

Viognier wine glass (we don't do Chard)

Excellent purchase to replace ones that were damaged. Wife extremely pleased ( I don't always do well but did in this instance)

Racks don't fit well

Three of the racks seemed to be bent or warp as I could not get the last screw in place. The shelf seemed to not fit correctly and not worth the price I paid for it. I flipped shelf and tried may different ways to get it to work. Not happy with rack

Classic and timeless

Love these glasses for our collection have been purchasing for decades. A classic shape, that feels natural in the hand and enhances our wine beautifully

So hard to match Riedel wine glasses to replace broken ones in a set. These ones are so similar to my 3 remaining glasses. I remind myself always keep a record of the name of the glass so replacements can be easily sourced

I think that Riedel's marketing message that their glasses change the taste of the wine is idiotic, but these are very good quality, sensibly shaped glasses. Recommended - but don't start buying a different glass for every wine.

Very pleased with our purchase

I purchased two of these racks and one of the racks that has the shelf and can hang glasses. Three racks in total. I am very pleased with the purchase! The racks were easy to assemble, they are sturdy, they look great and the price for the racks are very fair. My husband and I redid our wine room in one afternoon. I wish I could attach a photo to see how nice they look.

The best size of wine glass in the Reidel range

We have been using these wine glasses for ever and in my view they are the best option for everyday use (as well as dinner for friends & family & smart occasions) -the plus is they fit in the dishwasher! Also if you break one at least you know you can replace them because Reidel are consistent in their products so they are always available and you can buy 2at a time. Without having to spend money on a box if 6 or 8, though these larger sets are available if you wish. The cristal is good quality they never mist over (provided there's salt & rinse aid in the wash of course) and even for drinking a good quality red they are great all rounders.

Good but limited bottle size

The rack is sturdy and as described, however the asterisk on bottle size is critical to note. if any of your "standard" 750ml at slightly wider at the top as is typical for high end glass, they will not fit tightly in a row. after 3 in a row you will need to skip a space. it will also make a second row precariously tilted and could slide off. was going to buy more after the sample fit and have decided it simply will not work for my situation.

Good sizes and Weight and Balance

I have had Reidel glasses 30 years and have them in numerous sizes for different wines. They are the best that I have ever had and I have had numerous others in the last 50 years. I bought this set to replace others that guests have broken over 25 years (our house is all porcelain tile, granite and glass so if you drop them they will surely break). Be careful with them but they are the best!

Riedel White Wine glasses

I was looking to replace / add on to an existing Riedel white wine glass set. It was apparent once I received these, my original set was Riesling glasses. I liked these just as well, the mouth is just slightly larger on this set. Good price on Riedel products at Macy's. Will purchase again!

Great wine glasses - Great Packaging from Sur La Table

These are my favorite wine glasses, so perfect. The overall height is perfect. Taller wine glasses have their place, but the height of these make them so stable in a social setting. I purchased these to replace two that had been broken. I had them for years and was so sad when I found them broken a a recent dinner party. So I was thrilled to find them avail at Sur La Table. I must comment your staff on the packaging. They arrived in perfect condition. I have ordered many things from Sur La Table and am always pleased with the care that is taken in the packaging of my items!
