The door slab itself is fine. The prehung parts are mismatched and thrown together crooked. The right side door jam is 1/4” longer than the left door jam. The brick molding was stapled on crooked. I had to disassemble the door, resize the door jams and cut the brick mold to the proper size. Then reassemble the door jam. I’ve installed plenty of prehung doors and this was the worst I’ve dealt with. I would have returned it if I hadn’t already removed the old door. This should have never left the factory.
