Best lights and company

I’ve had the D-series spot and floods in my 2012 SVT Raptor for 10 years and they are great. Two of the lights recently quit working and it was determined to be the lights. Rigid replaced the lights under warranty and even upgraded them to the new D-Series Pro! No hassle no fuss no shipping charges even! I love these lights and this company.

Once upon a time rigid lights were the finest lights you could get. Back when they were made in America. Now of course like everything else, its all made in China. Brackets did not work correctly out of the box, I had to use my grinder to make them fit. Im sure if I had contacted the seller, they wouldve sent me a new brackets, after I waited a couple of weeks. It only took me 10 minutes to fix them myself. Typical overseas craftsmanship. In the end, decent lights, but not what they used to be, just like most everything else that was once made in America, and is now made in China. You can probably get lights just as good a quality for half the price if you drop the Rigid name.

Bought a Honeybadger front bumper for 2.5K!! supposed to come with free d-rings...after sending out two of the wrong item, I called Addictive Dessert Design and they gave me the correct part number in 5 minutes!! Took me 2 months (at least a week between replies) to get two wrong products from Mark G. Don't get me wrong, Mark is a nice enough guy, but "nice" and knowledgeable would be preferable.

Yes, these I know these are not rated for on road use and for forward driving lights I can see why. I bought them by mistake because I thought they would be good for Fog lights; however, the light pattern is like a standard flashlight with the flood light pattern. As in a large round light pattern which does not work for on road driving lights or fog. They blind any cars coming the other way. Now for off road these lights are great. Very bright and illuminating. I am going to use these as backup lights on my truck and I purchased the Rigid D-Series SAE Lights 504813 for fog lights.

I hesitated on pulling the trigger on these to put on my side by side. Especially since there's identical off brand ones for a fraction of the price. But let me be the first to tell you that these lights are well worth the money. You pull them out of the box and they just feel indestructible sitting in your hand. Extremely tough and very well made. They come with everything you need to wire them in. And once they are and you turn them bad boys on you'll be blown away. These pods are brighter than full length bars that friends have on their side by sides. I got the flood pattern and have them turned outward at about a 45 degree angle and there's still no gap in the middle. I am 100% satisfied with these lights and am now a Rigid fan for life!

This will be the the last time I buy a rigid product, this is not o bright light. I get more out my mag light then this. This second product from rigid that turned out to be a piece of crap. I'm going to have it tear this apart and replace the drivers and led with better quality parts. Pretty bad when my neighbors Chinese eBay special is better than an American made product... I'll by hella and vision x from now on
