We were just able to put down our rug with the help of my son. When we rolled it out we were delighted that the color and quality was just what we hoped. However, we were sorely disappointed when we saw small but obvious flaws in the rug. There were pink specks in our rug and a couple of rusty looking ones just on one end. I am sending you photos. Please let me know what you can do to make this right. We are elderly and not able to transport it.
