Great budget-friendly office chair. Not too difficult to assemble, I did it on my own. Surprisingly comfortable, I am not a tall person and this worked out well, I have struggled to find a chair with a back that was not too tall. This fits me well.

Budget chair

This is an ok chair. It doesn't last very long if you use it daily. The padding on the seat and armrest doesn't stay full. It was a better chair out of the box. Less than 2 years later, I'm having to replace it. For a Serta chair, I was expecting better quality.

Loved the executive chair

Very appealing and comfortable. Looks great in my office! It didn’t come with instructions, but I found the instructions attached in detail section on the website.

Chair lasted less than 1 year

Chair is a waste overall. Chair arm stitching and leather falling apart, hydraulics don't work anymore and chair sinks all the way down every time anyone sits in it, The chair also will not tilt. The chair was purchased February 2022.

A tiny chair and not comfortable

I have been using this chair for a few weeks. I sit most of the work day and I don't have any issues with my back or comfort.

Very comfortable. Looks nice

I love it. It is comfy and sturdy. It is easy to clean. No smell. Easy to stall as well. Perfectly fit with my work desk. It cannot be adjusted too high tho.

Great work from home chair!

The chair looks great, feels great and is very comfortable. The only issue is that the chair is for someone smaller than 6ft. My significant other felt a little constricted nonetheless still a great chair.
