Solid black top.
The packaging was all torn apart when it came in the mail. The table is good quality, heavy metal. The top is solid black - can show dog hair and dust when it builds up (with any furniture that is black).
Came damaged.
Not packaged very well. The rim was scratched around the table so the paint was removed and the edge rough. Quite disappointed and there is a big smudge mark on the surface. Happy meter way down on this product
Well constructed and nice looking table. The delivery box was practically falling apart upon delivery. There were a few TINY nicks on the side but not worth sending back. I am glad I purchased it.

The table is beautiful and very sturdy! Great color and great size. The shipper did a number in it so fully open the box when you get it!

Mine arrived damaged with a busted up box as unfortunately most of my stuff does form this carrier. The table its self is extremely solid and heavy. solid iron. Nice size and airy, not too bulky looking. This table appears black to me until the sun shines on it then you can see the dark brown color. Mine went to the goodwill since it was damaged but not due to the quality of the table but rather the way it was tortured along the way in shipping. I would recommend this table. It is indeed a coffee table. not a console table as listed
