Ashley service makes products you want to return

am The cabinet maybe ok however they both arrived slightly damaged (missing hardware one and door adjustment for the other) and trying to arrange for repair has been awful. Despite speaking with someone the day of delivery who presented a very clear plan to solve the issues nothing happened. Two weeks later I get an email requesting photos of the issues and statement that without the photos of the damage they will not move forward to repair. Damage that was reported at delivery on site and in the phone after delivery. Fine so photos sent and a repair date is scheduled for more then a month after original delivery. I have asked via email (the same method they used to contact me) repeatedly to confirm that the missing hardware will be with the repair when they come for service - no reply. I have called repeated called and after being on hold for over 20 minutes have been disconnected more then 4 times. Hard to review a product when the service is so horrible you want to return everything

Love the design but not the misaligned doors

I like the design. Unfortunately, after assembling it, I noticed the doors don’t align. They came from the manufacturer already attached. Now, I have to figure out how to align them.

Nice addition to my home office

Purchased this cabinet and paired it with Ashley's Raventown desk for my home office. Very happy with both pieces. No assembly or quality issues.

Great Attention-getter and loads of storage inside

We fell in love with this cabinet the first time we saw it, and it does not disappoint. Takes a bit (and 2 people) to assemble, but it is a very solid, well-made piece, and goes well with either industrial or farmhouse styles.

Easy to assemble with some patience, beautiful accent piece to any home . Has great storage space and works well as a buffet server., very solid piece of furniture, Your friends will be jealous! Did I mention it was delivered two days after I placed the order ? Overall great experience !

Gorgeous as nightstands

Absolutely love these as night stands! They are beautiful to the eye and surprise you with their wooden structure. Very solid like everything else at Ashley that we’ve purchased in the past.

AWESOME ACCENT CABINET!

PERFECTION! Industrial and glamorous. Good quality for the price. I looked for almost 6 months before finding this piece, it’s very hard to find a accent cabinet large in size that isn’t extremely expensive. I was curious on the coloring, as the photos make it look silver however pleased to find in person it is much darker and sleek. I think perhaps the metallic coloring changes depending on the lighting of your room, which will work in your favor.

Perfect for our office!

I loved this cabinet. It works very well for our office, has a nice industrial look. Also the price is very reasonable. We use it to store all our printer paper and it is certainly sturdy enough to hold that weight.

Perfect Bar Cabinet

I purchased the Rock Ridge Accent Cabinet and used it as a bar cabinet. I love the style of the cabinet, but needed one in black instead of gunmetal to match the existing furniture in my basement. It was easy to put together and the size is perfect. I’m glad I trusted myself enough to change the color of the cabinet and the knobs on this brand new piece of furniture. I am pleased with my purchase

Exotic Black Bar

We picked out this piece as it caught our eye... It is bold and very masculine.... The black matte finish and rivets really made this piece a great addition to our playroom. We are using it as a BAR.... Glass top and cocktail glasses and your favorite liquor. Make it your own....

travel theme credenza cabinet

This is a nice solid cabinet that suits well with my travel theme in my family room. I placed it behind my couch and have a few African style objects on it to complete the look. It is a painted gun metal grey and has what looks like plane rivets on the doors. l It was a floor model so had a little wear but seems to have held up quite well.

Accent cabinet

We love this industrial looking accent cabinet! We bought it for our automotive shop and it’s a nice piece in our waiting room! Have gotten a lot of compliments/inquiries from our customers!

A lot of storage

Overall nice piece but has a more bronze tone than silver - which was disappointing so I recommend seeing this in the store. Other than that it has a lot of space inside. Two double doors and one shelf in each. I could fit larger baskets inside, sheets, towels! Good for the bedroom or dining. Anywhere in the house! Fast delivery too.

Cute Cabinet

I like the looks of this cabinet. Didn't care much for the knobs, so I changed them out. The only issues were the door on the right was crooked...rescrewed the hinges...and the paint is a little sketchy in places. Needed an extra shelf, so bought wood and making one. There are rare instances where I have been able to purchase something made overseas that was't flawed. Kind of expected it. Made in Vietnam.

Ashley strikes again!

Came chipped and I have yet to get a call back about it. This is an issue we have experienced before, so while it is a nice cabinet with lots of storage you are taking a risk as always with Ashley in getting damaged products. Should have known better.

Rock Ridge cabinet

I bought this roughly a month and a half ago and didn't assemble it until my small remodel was done. I love it, however on the left side of the cabinet, the doors don't quite match up. Ashley is going to have one of their tech's adjust them when they deliver my bedroom set....I'm sure they will make it right....love Ashley!

Industrial Steam Punk Eligance

When I purchased this item I immediately told my boyfriend and sent him a pic. At first he didn’t want me to purchase it thinking it wasn’t all that. Well after delivery he commented it was gorgeous and he loved it. It’s so masculine yet like a piece of art.
