Lights are great-Lack instructions

I bought these to add to our personal home bar / entertainment room, and for our karaoke system lighting. The lights them selves are fantastic, they work and look great. Thus the 3 stars. as for the included instruction manual and available instructional video's on how to program and use the lights I give you ZERO stars. Not everyone who orders from your company is a seasoned vet at using these lights and every video made it seem like you should know who to some of it. It took me two days and countless videos just to be able to try and figure out how to put these into sound mode and get them working on the same style pattern. Most of it was guess work and a little bit of luck. There is nothing to tell me what each one of the sub menu's are under each one of the main menu items, and getting the lights into sound mode isn't as easy as just click the menu button to sound. A full detailed manual is needed. It needs to list each menu item and every function available under each menu along with some explanation. I like your products, I will continue to buy them. I have purchase almost my entire professional karaoke system from Rockville. Its just really disappointing you don't provide better instructions. At this time I don't know that Ill ever be able to get everything the lights have to offer and that is disappointing too.

Very complicated to use and the lights just go every direction on their own. You can't shine them in people's eyes because they r too bright therefore I have no idea how u could use them indoors without blinding someone. We sent them back.

Little light, big effects

I purchased two Spyder LED lights and I have to say I was surprised how small they were, but when I turned them on and set them loose they put out a great show! Definitely glad to have these to be apart of my lineup of available lighting options.

4 stars is fair

I was using this without a DMX board, the only way I could get it to program into audio mode was daisy chaining it to another light, but if you do it through a dmx cable it will stay in audio mode

I give them a 5

They are great I just need to learn how to work them
