Roger Green Kitchen Cart
Very pretty color. Using it as a coffee bar to free up counter space. Added a towel bar to one end. Used bar soap along the drawer and basket edges to glide freely. Husband re-drilled some partially drilled holes and put a dab of glue in each cap. This was a fun little project.
Needs more securing of top
It is not too hard to assemble but time consuming. One part came chipped but not worth returning because you have to pay cost of return. Granite top is nice but is only secured by two small dowels which stick out about 1/4 inch. I secured it with more Velcro tape. Needs more orientation of front and rear of parts. Target was cheapest price I could find and was in stock
Easy to assemble. I like the quality and color of the wood and the granite top. Perfect for my pantry to keep some appliances out of the kitchen and the casters make it easy move them back when needed. I'm pleased with the purchase.
Love It
I LOVE MY NEW CART. I AM USING IT AS A COFFEE NOOK TO KEEP ALL OF MY THINGS TOGETHER AND FREE UP COUNTER SPACE. I LOVE IT HOWEVER IT ISNT PERFECT AND DRAWBACKS. I STILL RECOMMEND THIS THOUGH. IT COMES WITH CIRCULAR CAPS IN A WOOD COLOR TO GO OVER THE BOLTS. THEY DONT STAY AT ALL SO I THREW THEM AWAY SINCE IT IS ONLY FOR AESTHETICS ANYWAYS. THE WIRE SHELF DOES NOT PULL OUT SMOOTHLY EITHER. THE WHOLE CART ROLLS ON THE FLOOR WHEN I TRY IT TO OPEN IT. HOPEFULLY WITH TIME IT WILL GLIDE MORE SMOOTHLY. I TOOK A PICTURE WITH THE DRAWER OPEN SO YOU CAN GET AN IDEA AS TO HOW FAR IT WILL OPEN UP.
Great find!
This is amazing for the price. Good quality wood frame and awesome granite top. My only complaint is the color is more red/mahogany color than I had hoped. I was hoping for more of a dark walnut look.
SO HAPPY
I was browsing at islands on rollers for quite some time before I purchased this one from Fingerhut.
Perfect cart for an apartment.
Love this cart! It was exactly what we were looking for in our new apartment. Extra space to free up our kitchen counter. What’s great is we can also take out the tray and store larger appliances underneath like a blender. Didn’t take long to put together. Great for the price.
Aside from the chemical smell, its BEAUTIFUL!!
It took me a couple of minutes to figure out the instructions at first, because it’s only pictures, but once I got the hang of what to do, it was a piece of cake to put together. It came out beautiful!! The only reason why I gave it four stars was because of the smell of it. It has a strong chemical smell to it. I got a headache while putting it together, but other than that it’s virtually perfect!
Opinion of Roger Kitchen Island
Love my granite top Roger Kitchen Island! Perfect for small kitchens if you need extra space for small appliance, wine, produce and boxed goods. Even a drawer for serving utensils.
Love it
I love it! We’re using it as a coffee station and for our wine bottles. I absolutely live how it turned out. Assembling it was a little complicated for me but as for my husband he made it look like a piece of cake. Definitely recommend buying if you’re in a small apartment or don’t have enough counter space it’s a good size and a good height the granite counter makes it look extra fancy too.
I love this cart! Took me about 45 minutes to put together by myself, but I am horrible at assembling furniture. Perfect green/blue color, great size. It’s perfect for a coffee station, with extra storage for my utensils, baking dishes, and wine bottles!
Pretty & Functional but also scary.
The cart was perfect for what I needed it for, I put it where a dishwasher used to be. It came in a million pieces but it wasn't too hard to put together I had to switch the drawer slides (even tho they're supposed to be the same) so that the bottom slid in correctly, the granite countertop is only held on by 2 wooden dowels and four small grip pads, the casters do not lock or screw in so if you or anyone tried to lift it the top would come off or the casters would fall out.
Very nice looking table but a pain to asemble!
The instructions have only diagram picture that dont completely break down everything step by step so you better be good at common sense. I got a few pieces backwards and had to redo it. The wood material has a nice quality look to it but it is cheap deposit with a real granite slab on tp so if you dont asemble it correctly and tightly enough it will definitely loosen its self and become wobbly. I only have had it for3 weeks now but while assembling it you can tell that this is a item that over time will loosen on you. The granite slab really has nothing to totally secure it down which surprised me;there were screws for every thing else but the slap one has two pegs to secure it(one on the front side and one on the back). I had to asemble it by power tool to make sure it was solidly assembled because it would suck if this thing loosens given all of the hair pulling you do trying to put this together.

The granite top part of the cart I would rate as a 5, however some issues pertaining to the frame is the reason I would give it a 3. For one issue - the area where the cart requires screws is left open and the head of the screw showing detracts from the overall ascetics of the cart. There should have been wooden plugs included to cover up these gaping holes. Also the application of the stain on the product was poorly applied in some areas. . . Because of these pitfalls I would not recommend the cart.
Everything good except 1 thing
Installation and setup was pretty good and easy to follow. One thing I didn't like was the strong oder coming from the counter top stone. I cleaned and wiped it with disinfectant wipes and water twice. It's been over 5 days after setting up but the chemical oder is still there. !!
Terrific value!
It looks very good and seems to be pretty sturdy. Assembly was straightforward except for the pieces that hold the wire basket. When assembled as directed, the grooves for basket-sliding faced in opposite directions. One piece had to be turned around, and a total of three holes drilled in the supporting legs fixed the problem. Another minor problem was that the item smelled rather strongly of something like mothballs when we opened the box. We thought it may have been the packaging, but after we got it assembled and in our rather small kitchen, it still smelled. It seems to be from the finish, and I'm hopeful that it will quickly dissipate. And I agree with another reviewed that it should have included plugs for the screw holes on the legs.
