Need this bolt for ottoman base and need compensation for this big scratch damage ! Then I give this chair a different rating!!!

Fairly easy to assemble. Takes a bit of time to line up bolts. Chsir looks great and seems comfortable so far.

Seems to be a good chair for the money.

Love the chair as it is very comfortable. My only complaint is that it creaks and squeaks when changing positions or when sitting down and rising up.

Poor workmanship

Chair seat is on crooked. I have found no way to adjust it.

This really comfortable for a big guy

I’ve had 2 other chairs like this and these are the best. They don’t sit as low as the previous ones, so they are much easier to get into and out of. The leather is tough but soft. We love these and would highly recommend.

Excellent value. All leather, comfortable, looks great. The grey is not quite right in the webpage photo, but the 'matching' photo is closer. Not disappointed in the color it's just what i wanted.

Very pleased with this purchase. Comfortable and looks good. Easy to put together.

High quality and fast shipping. My only problem is the chair is not tall enough for me. I am 5'11" and when I set down it feels like I am setting in the floor. This leads to problems getting out of the chair with my old knees.

I did not get the chair. Delivery was to Appleton not to the city I even live in!!! States it was delivered. Nope not even close

I looked at measurements for multiple recliners because I am tall. This recliner had the best seat to back measurements of any I saw and it was too small. When I called to return the item the customer service person said I should have know it was too small by the measurements and I had to pay a $179 shipping charge to return and was a little rude about it when I objected. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again

Love the recliners! Easy to assemble and the leather is wonderful. The sitting angle could be more upright but certainly livable. Then,compare the cost versus product and you have the perfect chair!!

Perfect for any room. Placed it in bedroom for awhile. Then thought it to nice to hide in bedroom. Sits in living room now. Everyone loves to sit in it. Very comfortable.
