Assembly is too hard and I needed a post to install on other side of this panel and was told it’s not available as a single post for this.

Hard to assemble and bad design

The fence panel are ver hard to assemble together due to bad design, and no instructions. Picture on website and Home Depot is not showing the true product. Be careful.

No instructions to assemble. Said some assembly Probably 40 or more pieces and no instructions. Once assembled fencing seems to be strong. Only comes with one post. Picture is deceptive. Takes 2 people to put together

There were no instructions on how to assemble and I had to have tech support on phone to do so. It only came with one post making it difficult to install. I will not buy again.

Website picture shows panel with 2 end posts, however panels come with only 1 and nowhere in product information is that mentioned. Very misleading for consumer and needs to be corrected. Quality of fence panel fine, but can't complete project with incomplete information on what needs to be ordered.

Packages arrive torn up with parts scattered on drive way. Very hard to put together with no instructions. Ordered missing parts but did not have in stock and not made any more. Had to return three of 4 panels. It took 4 hrs to put together and we were not going to spend another 4 hrs to disassemble. A waste of time and money

The fence materials are good. The communication w/ Aleko is poor. Can not get the missing parts to complete the project. There has been many email communication w/ NO resolve. We have 5 panel parts laying in out garage that can’t be put together, again MISSING PARTS. Would not recommend this company!!

I am very disappointed with this product. Although the pictures present it as having two end posts, the fence panel only comes with one post. A second end post would be an additional $160 which is not noted anywhere in the description. Further, the "easy DIY" is really an exploded drawing. There are no assembly directions. There doesn't seem to be a way to attach the rails to the panel, even in the exploded drawing except possibly if I was to drill holes into the post. The box arrived open on both ends, by the way. I am very disappointed in this product and would never consider purchasing another Aleko product.

My product arrived damaged with other parts falling out of the cases. I am returning it as customer service has been ver helpful ! We will see when I get the new cases'& will update when new items arrive

Received a total of 10 packages, not one of them was complete. 4 months later I still have not received my complete order.
