Dec. 26: I purchased 2 knobs.\nJan. 11-Feb. 10: Seller's estimated date of delivery on the page. \nFeb. 12: I reach out because I've heard nothing. Seller says he'll check. \nFeb. 13: I reach out again. Seller says item will ship tomorrow. \nFeb. 16: I receive 1 knob. I paid for 2. \n\nThis kind of lead time is crazy - I assumed the long delay was because the item was coming from abroad, but it came from Massachusetts (I am in Texas, also in the US). Given the fact that after I reached out, it reached me in such short order, tells me that they are perfectly capable of sending items to customers in less than 6 weeks. So that, combined with failing to fulfill my entire order, is super annoying and wholly fails to meet my customer service expectations.

Used in my Laundry room, as a few of my favorite things!

They are very pricey or I would have used more as accents. But they are well made.
