Bright magnifying mirror

Purchased this magnifying mirror to replace an different much older mirror. I like to auto on feature but have placed it back on my counter so it doesn't go on every time I use the sink. The magnifying side is good, but I wish that part of the mirror was larger...I need more magnification. I'm hoping this is durable and works well for a long time (my old one lasted 10 yrs!).

I would not normally spend this much on a mirror but my friend and I saw it in store and were horrified at the stray hairs we had missed!

Incredible detail and lighting

I've looked at these on line and always thought how crazy it would be to spend so much money on a make up mirror, but that was before I looked into one on display in John Lewis. I knew straight away, why they're so popular. I've needed glasses for reading for quite some time. I obviously can't wear glasses for applying eye make up, so i just started to wear less and put on the little I was wearing with very little confidence. This mirror does the job of my reading glasses. My make up is precise, I'm wearing it more often and I'm wearing it with confidence. I'll never regret buying this mirror.

Trio Mirror

I have been looking to buy one of these for so long but was put off by the price. The reviews were so good and there was a special offer on so I decided to go ahead. I shouldn't have hesitated. It is quite amazing! Worth every penny even at the full price. I had a No7 magnifying mirror previously and have burnt out 2 bulbs by forgetting to switch it off. This switches on automatically as you face it and turns itself off after 20 seconds when you move away. It's also taller than my previous mirror, which I had to prop up on 2 books as I'm tall. This mirror is a perfect height and width. I love the flip mechanism, and it angles well too. The brightening feature is excellent if you really want a very bright light. I have it on the lower setting achieved by just swiping down the side of the mirror for instant adjustment. There is also a setting for candlelight. I find this useful at night when putting on my face creams. I think the bright light may be too much near to bedtime, as it replicates daylight and may be too stimulating just before you want to go to sleep. The magnification is great. Far superior to my last mirror. I'm in my 60s and really appreciate being able to see really clearly when applying makeup. I bought the white option, it looks very chic on my dressing table and I no longer have a cable trailing over my beauty products. Very pleased when my purchase.

Best magnifying mirror ever

This mirror is just what I have been looking for. It has 5x and 10x magnification as well as a normal mirror, it has a rechargeable LED sensor light. It's made make up application and tweezing so much easier. It's quite large and fairly weighty which I'm okay with as it won't get knocked over easily. A lovely brushed steel finish. It has a little knob to flip the mirror from one side to the other, this prevents finger marks on the mirrors. The light ring at the base flashes red when needing recharging. The fact that it is cordless means I can use it in the bathroom. It is expensive but it's the only mirror I found that ticked all the boxes and is perfect for my new bathroom.
