Solved a major issue

My other springform pans allowed too much moisture in around the crust. Even when double wrapped in foil to cook in a water bath. This pan created a nice crisp crust.

9 inch pan

It leaks badly. I was very disappointed . I bought cookie sheets as well and they are lovely
