Worst experience

I have ordered this set TWICE! 1st time I ordered it, it came in damaged! The 2nd time, which was a few days ago, it was not delivered but it was marked as delivered. No one has helped me between the shipping company %26 Walmart. They are blaming the loss on each other instead of refunding my money or coming up with a solution. I was told by a Walmart representative to dispute the charge with my bank. (Very unprofessional) This was the worst experience ever %26 I will not be buying anything else.

Shipping problem

Couch %26 Love seat is beautiful. comfortable as well. Only complaint was the 3 seater couch arrived broken only noticed once the delivery guy left and we unwrapped the couch it had cardboard wrapped with it so couldnt see till it was fully unwrapped. for the price i paid i was highly disappointed that the bottom right corner was smashed and had wood sticking out. my husband had to fix it but sucks im stuck with a broken couch. 😞

I like the couches just what I wanted!

Multiple staples stick out - do not buy

Do not buy these couches. Unfortunately we did and the couches have had at least 5-10 staples coming out of mainly the back edge of the couch. My children and I have all been scratched by these staples. They hurt a lot. Customer service won't do anything about it because we've had them longer than 30 days. Extremely disappointing.

Nice furniture, pleased with this purchase. Material is strong and durable, chenille like. Cushions are nice and firm but springs in couch have a nice amount of give. Pillows are durable with double stitching. Legs are plastic but not super noticeable in my living room area. Heavy enough furniture but not impossible to move in through front door.

Very happy with my purchase! With someone with bunch kids playing around I am happy with the color that I have chosen. Very steady and I love that they came ready to use no complicated problem to put them together. My 7 year old son is always chilling and doing his ready there. He loves how comfortable and firm the cushions are.. over al great purchase

Nice Set

It is a nice looking set for a nice price. The arms are nicely padded, seating is firm. Only time will tell how long it will last, as the pieces are not very heavy.

Quick delivery, sad they couldn't bring into house

It did come well wraped in plastic, which was good because it was raining, some of the fabric was not attached to frame. I had to staple and glue some edges. Unhappy with workmanship. I hope the frame is strong. It's a little darker than pictured, but I can live with that. I needed extra seating for holidays, so it will be fine.

Ease to order and assemble

Sofa and liove seat were exactly what I wanted. They were easy to order and receive after assembly. My problem I don't feel it is holding up like I expected. It's hard to get out of. Center of couch tends to collapse after sitting for a while. I give it a 2.5 out of 10.

I love the way that this set blends with my living room décor! And it's really comfortable too!!!
