Poor Quality!

I was sorely disappointed in the quality of this product! The crystals and beading were barely wired together in most of the frame. All the rectangular pieces had fallen off in transport and one had broken on arrival. The wires for the beading and crystals were sticking out and not secured. Poorly made! Returned this item and don't recommend! It would have been pretty otherwise.

The vertical crystal bars aren't very well secured

Beautiful light, however they are being returned. Didn't get a chance to even hang them as several of the crystal bars were broken. I bought 2 and both of them have damage. The boxes, however, aren't crushed, so they must have been damaged prior to shipping.

Hate it!

I was extremely disappointed with this chandelier. It looks like a child made it in arts and crafts time. Definitely doesn't look like the picture. Half of the gems had fallen off during shipping. They are just twisted on with some hideous gold craft wire and the frame is not black like the picture. It is painted black, brown, and gold with a sponge.

Looks very cheap and it does not state In the Description that all of the fake crystals are held on with gold looking little wires. Was very disappointed not to mention I had to pay over $*** for the return shipping! Unbelievable!!! So annoyed and will not shop with this company again! ****

Gorgeous but delicate

Beautiful but the instructions are ***! Very small print, no pictures and pretty non-specific. Fortunately I'd just replaced a fixture and followed my steps closely. So the actual fixture is pretty delicate. They provide a glove to handle the glass inserts took me several hours, but I took breaks and my house is older. This adds a beautiful "rustic" feature to my open concept dining room. Be prepared to trim wires and adjust the chain length.

Pretty crystals but not the prettiest metal finish

The light was pretty but I did not like the finish on the metal, it looked like it was splattered with gold paint and I feel it made it look cheap. It says it's antique bronze but that's not my idea of antique bronze. The crystal part was very pretty. I installed it and after doing so wish I would have returned it instead.

Great Statement Light.

This Bronze Metal Chandelier is beautiful. I love it. It's a tiny bit smaller than I expected but the light really reflects off the crystals beautifully. I would have to say the pro is - its definitely a statement piece and the con is that it's smaller than it looks in the picture..... but overall a great addition to any room.

Beautiful, but it's unbalanced.

Beautiful, much prettier in person. It's on a small scale, which is good for a smaller dining room, but still looks elegant. However, it is slightly off-balance which is in the manufacturing of the cross bars, and we haven't been able to figure out how to fix that. It's very obvious to me every time I look at it.

If you are looking for "Wow" factor this is it!

I was looking for some wow effect for our dining room And this one does do that. I do wish it was a bit higher vertically in size. But overall it is so bright and unique. Although easy to assemble, some pieces were loose That we had to attach, not hard to do. Not sure how long it will last due to the many crystal pieces wired in. If you like the look of crystal but do not want the tear drops, this is it. True to image on line, this chandelier brightens up any room in your house. Price adequate.

It really is a lovely chandelier

This is a lovely chandelier and it works for what we want. I give it 4 stars because there is a bit of assembly that I did not realize. You must put up the bits of glass into the shade yourself when you install. It wasn't too bad but did take some time. Also, the light reflects the crystals onto the wall in the room. Just fyi in case that would bother you.

Very elegant Chandelier

This matched the online picture perfectly. This chandelier is so elegant and has really blinged out my dining room.The only issue I have is that I am missing two of the crystal pendants. The lighting however is perfect for the area that I had it installed with the natural lighting.This will definitely be a show stopper. I've already received many compliments on this chandelier.

Beautiful Chandelier, Great Price!

This Chandelier looks perfect in our dining room! It goes perfectly with our dining room set and is not too big for the room. We have a dimmer on it so we can adjust the lighting. It has plenty of light. We are really happy with it! It looks more expensive than it was and it of good quality. We get a lot of compliments!
