This set is much smaller and lower than expected. Sized more for middle school students. On a positive note, the table is very lightweight and folds down easily making it very portable.

Don't buy this for adults.

I had hopes, but this is not well made (plastic) and once it's set up it truly and actually is child-sized period. It's very low to the ground, not sturdy whether on concrete and on grass and it definitely could not hold four adults plus gear on top. It would fold up in the case and travel well for young children.

Useless junk with 20lb-rated table

I never leave ratings, but I'll make an exception for this turd: We got this on sale for $33. Even at that price, we returned it - it's that bad! Don't even waste your time. This thing has a useless 20# weight rating for the table (which I thought was a typo, and surely must be 200#, but nope), despite the 250# rating for the seats. The plastic is thin, brittle, and cheaply trimmed/moulded. I can't imagine that this would even hold up for use by children, let alone four #250 adults. I'd give this zero stars if I could. Whoever designed this hopefully got fired.

Excellent portable picnic table!

This product is extremely simple to setup/put away once you do it once. Takes only seconds to setup. Extremely small & portable! Takes up almost no space in the trunk of my Civic. This is obviously smaller than a "regular" wooden table, but is still comfortable with 2 adults and our 2 small children and shows no problem supporting our weight (250lbs per seat). I also purchased the umbrella & it is very nice, and sets up easily and comes in a nice little carrying case for added portability. This is great because we have an extremely small backyard so it's easy to take down when not needed and can be brought to the beach for a picnic with ease!
