Had a little difficulty assembling’ directions not always clear

I needed a sturdy cart to put on my back porch. This is a good metal cart

Ok product, but...

Product is as described. It does take a while to assemble (a few sizes of phillipsburg screwdrivers is all that's needed) but the assemble is fairly easy. Remove the protective cover film from the edges of the top when you put it on (makes attaching accessories easier). Now, the reason for 3 stars. Its a goid price point and you are getting what you paid for so:

Very happy with our new grill cart.

The quality of all the parts is very good. All the holes line up and all the screws insert into welded nuts. Assembly is straight-forward using the picture directions.The final product is very nice.

I thought I was going to love it

I thought I was going to love this grill cart for the price point until I got to the stainless steel top. The stainless steel top comes with a protective film. I should have inspected it more thoroughly before I started assembly because there were several scratches in the stainless steel top. Also a corner was bent. This then sent me into Royal Gourmet's customer service bog. Their customer service is only available 8:30 AM until 5 PM EST. A majority of the time, their line automatically drops the call. A human answers every 1oth call or so. You then get delivered to a second level of frustration with repetitive email requests asking for the same info and photos over and over again. After navigating this gauntlet, I was told the replacement part is out of stock. I was told they will send it to me when available.
