The first two I got were not square where the alabaster and gold base met. The customer service representative convinced me to try again and the third one was square. Beautiful lamp and everyone that sees it agrees!

Changing lamps made a big difference in the room.

This table lamps fit very nicely in the bedroom, on the night stands. Square shade portraits blended classic and modern look on the brass and marble stand. Lamps look rich with the touch of brass and extra I" of base added perfect balanced look I've been looking from the table lamps.

The lamp is heavy, sturdy and attractive. The shade quality is not great. In fact some of the fabric has come loose from the shade frame. I will probably need to replace the shades

This lamp is stylish and seemed a good value for the money, which is why I ordered two. The old saying 'you get what you pay for' is very true for this lamp. The quality is not great. The low grade metal is painted gold and there's black on the edges of the alabaster, which I assumed happened when the alabaster was originally cut. The alabaster was not the same size as the base and did not fit very will. I returned both lamps, which Home Depot accepted without question. I love Home Depot's return policy, which is why I decided to take a chance and order these lamps online.

This lamp is beautiful. I ordered one and loved it so much I bought a second. My friend ordered one as well. The only thing I would say is that there are some irregularities and chips in the marble base.

Nice accent lamp

Purchased this lamp for the landing area on my stairs and am very pleased. It was carefully packaged and arrived without damage. The marble does have some veining, but as expected with natural stone.
