A good solution was so close....
Just got one of your barrels as a part of Leaf Guard package, a pity.
Beautiful exactly the look I wanted
Both barrels were nice. One did arrive without the hardware but the customer service was great they answered right away and got the second set to me within a week. The only down side is no one can get their arm in the hole where the screen goes to place the overflow drain piece. In the picture a midsized man has his arm down in it and I a 150 lb women could not get passed my forearm without getting stuck. We improvised and put it up closer to top but now can’t drill holes for flowers to drain or it will stay flooded. Minor issues but I still love my barrels and my husband built a stand.
Design has a couple of shortcomings
The smaller size of this barrel was exactly what I was looking for and the planter atop was an added bonus since the barrel was going to be very visible in my patio area. However, I feel there are two fundamental problems with the design. One is the spigot is positioned about two inches above the bottom without an internal siphon hose. Subsequently, there is always two inches of stagnant water at the bottom. The other is if you want to use the overflow hose fitting where they direct you, you cannot access the inside of the barrel in that area to install the fitting. To solve this problem, I drilled an access hole in the planter wall behind the fitting to attach the nut and then finally sourced a plastic plug to cover it. These could be solved much cheaper by the manufacturer than the consumer.

Would recommed, note that the barrel is not a flat back as described in specs

Not as tan as pictured, a bit closer to gray. But other then that great

Product looks great: fits in with the landscape that has wood whiskey barrels. Is sturdy and durable.
