Don't buy this if you are expecting a handle to come with it like the description describes. It won't come with a handle and Office Depot won't have one to send you when you call to complain about it. Take my word for it, this is exactly what happened to me.

This is a good product. The feature of where it hooks on to the pole keeps the Velcro from separating when pulling it out of the water before pressing the excess water.

I love this mop! A housekeeper at a hospital was using this mop, and I asked her about it. It’s so simple to use. The mop pad can be washed and is easy to rinse and wring. I usually wet it, wring it, and spray a little cleaner on it. You just put it on the floor with the pad down, and the other side has a Velcro surface that sticks to the mop head. It is very wide so it cleans a lot of surface quickly, but can also get into small spots. This is the best mop I have ever owned. The only downside is that you have to purchase each part separately--the stick, the mop head and the mop pad. But it’s well worth the cost!

Nice quality mop head. Seems to have very dense fibers and does a good job scrubbing. It has ok absorption, but its not really meant to absorb anyways. I bougha few and change them out frequently. Only flaw is that the velcro does not seem to work well when fully submerged in a bucket. Product works best with a spray bottle.

I have used this mop head and extended pole for more than a year. We live on dark brown floor tiles, which invariably always shows dirt and always requires cleaning. This moping task was always back breaking work, which my wife and I had to take turns using the mop because my back would give out. One day, I noticed a janitor in the local mall using the mop system, and I was amazed at the ease in which he was using it. I immediately bought the mop system. It immediately turned my backbreaking task shared with my wife, into a few minute task. Our 2400 sf tiled floors are swiffered and mopped in minutes, rather than hours, and is no longer back breaking task. We have also use the mop to apply “rejuvenate” to give our floors a polished look. Again the application was very easy, and not backbreaking. After using the rejuvenate, I will likely have to replace my mop, but still worth it as I only apply the rejuvenate once per year.

Hygen is the way to clean

I switched from the old mop bucket and mop to Hygen because it is so clean and when a pad gets dirty you just get the next one in the storage container. Love it!!

They will not add up to much more than a mop and a benefit in the long term because a failure in the chain of parts will be easy and cheap to replace (wont have to buy an all new item when a small piece of plastic breaks. At Home: It does its job to perfection on my many surfaces and applications, it saves time, money, and is environmentally friendly in comparison to other products that are of a similar concept. I carry a bucket with me and simply remove the soft fabric dust or mop pads from the Velcro base and wring it out as it as needed. I am not stuck with a scent or level of chemical I don't want/need (Do we always need a chemical soaked/dripping pad to mop up a little messy in the kitchen floor or to dusty hard wood floor in the entryway?) Shootout to Contractors: It is an ideal system for small jobs when a vac is over kill but you need to cleanup from drywall/mudding/sanding. You will still need your yellow wringer bucket for some big jobs but we all know 90% of the time it is over kill/makes the cleanup harder. The pad is easy to wring out so when you don't have a utility sink it will mean spreading the mess around (darn white residue. You won't be will not have to reapply the protective plastic to the floors each morning because wet dry vac (needed on another site) pulled it up. It will save work hours, the employees wont hate end of the day cleaning ..as much, and the collection of wet dry vacuums can end.

Great versatile floor tool- 35yrs. exp Janitoral/cleaning

with just a quick change of the dispenser and a fresh microfiber, I use this tool to polish food floors with Bona, wash tile floors with an assortment of disinfectants, vinegar or ammonia solutions, and my favorite use is as polish applicator. The spray feature has very even coverage. The mop is light enough to handle easy and the wide coverage cuts work in half. Be sure to get extra pads for same day multi-tasking chemical uses. I would give this 5 stars except the sprayer button is not installed conveniently.

This pad is easy to install on the mop head and is a rugged pad that can be washed in the washing machine for easy cleanup of the pad.

I'm a homeowner with hardwood floors who was looking for a good solution to keeping them clean. I bought the microfiber dry sweeping pads and these. The combo works great. The pads are incredibly well made and durable. I couldn't be happier.
