Don't like lid

I thought it was going to work but the lid doesn't go down fast enough, so not happy with the container, but that's not on you.

Loved it when new, but then . . .

Who likes a trash can? We didn't know we were that kind of people, but the soft close, keeping the lid open when we wanted it straight up, and the look and feel were great. Then a month or so into owning it the lid would kind of pop off of the mechanism that raised the lid up and it would not open without pushing it down to reseat it. This got worse and worse until it is happening nearly every time we go to use it. Replacing it now after having it less than a year.

It’s a decent trash can but a bit on the cheap made side. But all in all it does the job!

The trash is alright, just that the location at the store had them outside and we had to clean the trash can from all of the Bird crap ?!

Great garbage cans. Look great, don't need to be plugged in or recharged. Love the foot pedal for no touch, and the self closing lid. Honestly the best garbage cans available on the market for a good price!

We bought the trash cans to keep pets out of the trash. It works great, since it is a step opening can. Putting the bags in is a little different, but seems to be working well.

I liked the lock-open feature on the lid for peeling veggies, etc. I disliked that the unit was advertised as a 13 gallon can but standard 13 gallon Costco bags required two people to stretch the bag to fit in the 12.7 gallon frame. We had recently purchased a large quantity of Kirkland bags. We returned the trash can. Very disappointed in Rubbermaid.

works ok, but the lid brackets don't keep it on causing the lid to not operate. when it stays on, it's great and very smooth.

Assembly was a little fiddly (had to search YouTube and read the comments for help) but it works well. Could have provided better instructions for the price.

We enjoy the ease of ordering online and the delivery was prompt. The trash can was exactly what we needed, and met our expectations.

13 gallon bags fit well.
