First shipment never arrived. Called customer service and was promptly shipped another. Pleasant customer service experience. Furniture had a minor dent in a corner formed presumably during transit but easily fixed with a plier. Assembly was relatively intuitive.

Very useful shelves

We purchased several of these shelving units to put in a narrow closet in our basement. We store our overflow of serving dishes, camping gear, toys, crock pots ect. They have worked very well for us in the space we purchased them for. For storing large plastic bins/containers you would need deeper shelves. We have had them for several years and they have held up well.

Hard to put togethger

Durable shelf but took forever for my husband to put together. My husband is very handy and this took over 2 hours to put together. Two of the rails were bent when he got it out of the box. The shelf is sturdy and does hold quite a bit of weight

Industrial and perfect for basement pantry

Excellent shelf - I am very pleased. Fits perfect in its space and is great for my basement pantry. Heavy duty and holds absolutely everything very well. I would say the only thing that would make it perfect is a back so stuff didn't fall through, but otherwise really a fantastic purchase.

Finally found a sturdy tall metal shelf that was also narrow to fit perfectly into my space. Took time to put together but we are very pleased with this product.

Shelves were rather easy to assemble. One of the supporting pieces for the back came pretty mangled but were able to smooth it out and use it. True to size, sturdy shelves.

It arrived with missing and damaged parts instructions were not all that clear and it was somewhat frustrating to build

I use this to keep tools in my basement. It is very strong. Its humid in my basement and after a few months it has not shown any signs of rust. I have moved it around and it did not lose its structural integrity at all.

Five Shelf

Shelf easy to assemble approximately 20 minuts to assemble and shelf is very sturdy and comes with 3 adjustable shelves. Shelves can be adjusted before final added tighting of the screws. Shelf be secured to the wall so that it will not fall over. The only con would be to bad the cross bars did not cover the full length of the shelf. Other than that I recommend this product.

Strong and sturdy. Assembly was easy but took a bit longer than I hoped. The plastic caps that are intended to protect the floor under the shelf's legs do not stay on and fall off easily when moving the shelf around. Overall a great purchase and highly recommend it!
