Perfect padding

I ordered 1/4" pad for under a new rug and it is the perfect thickness. The rug is much more comfortable now. The felt material is a soft, natural fiber, and it was ready to roll out. The 8x10 pad was actually a bit larger than the rug, but it was very easy to trim to fit. Great value. Great purchase!

Comfy but No Grip

This cushioning gives a nice support. However, the only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because there is absolutely no grip to it so sometimes it will slip from under you if you are not careful.

Thick and good padding

It was thick and looked like good quality. Arrived rolled and in good condition. I returned it because it was thicker than the 1/4” advertised. I was afraid we’d trip on it.

Grateful that it could be shipped to me! As for the pad, I wasn’t sure which side was up. It was really slippery until I got the rug on it. It’s a huge rug, so I wonder if it would slip under a smaller rug. It is surely nice to walk on now!

great improvement

I am very happy with the new feel of my rug with the rug pad underneath. I wish I did this sooner, it really makes a big difference. Even my husband who notices nothing, commented on how nice the rug was to walk on. Its a perfect fit and I will order another one for a different room.

I love the cushion it adds to my area rug. Also love how there is no cutting because it came already to size. There is also a rough side so that the pad won’t slip.

This mat is worth it compared to expensive

I decided to purchase this for one of my washable rugs instead of buying from the company because of a $150 price difference. They aren’t the same but I like this one enough to purchase another not only bc of price but it’s comfy. The thickness is perfect. Makes rug have a lot of cushion. The 8x10 was a little bigger than my rug, but it was very easy to trim with scissors. The only downside is it slides a little which was making it a tripping hazard. That was also easily fixed with tape. Worth it.

This rug pad is one of the best ever! Thick and substantial! Made my area rug lay nicely! This far surpasses those woven rug pads

Not for smaller areas

If this pad is used on a smaller scale ie: 5 X 7 it may slide around. We used the full size pad and it works as a nice pad.
