The rug was very soft. It was just too small for my area so I ordered the larger one. The return process was easy.

Exceeded expectations

This rug was exactly what we were hoping when we ordered. It is just as pictured. The rug brightened our living room and it has a nice soft feel with good padding to it. Very impressed with the quality of this rug for the price.

Great rug

This rug is thinner and soft. It is a very light gray and white background with dark gray faded-look lattice. It is perfect for a bedroom where you want something to cover the carpet or break up the carpeted flooring because it isnt think enough to trip you up. Great look!

Soft rug. It does look like a different color when matted a different way, but other than that, I love it!

Kitchen table rug

This is a very good rug for our kitchen. It’s well made and looks great under the kitchen table. We recommend it to anyone.

Decent rug for price

Pattern design came as pictured, rug is low pile and soft. Coloring has a shiny silvery look from certain lighting and viewing angle.

Nice design

I love the look of this runner and 16’ is hard to find. However, as another reviewer mentioned: depending on which direction the fabric brushes. the color varies from a whitish grey to a dark grey. Will be returning for that reason.

Beautiful Rug

Love this rug. The color is beautiful and it is so soft to walk on. It fits my hallway perfectly.

Comfortable inexpensive rug

Rug is comfortable, especially considering the price point we were pleasantly surprised with that. It does have an off-gassing smell (an issue we haven't had with other rugs.com rugs) which will hopefully go away but we can't say for sure yet since it is new. Again for the price point we expected this, but the lower quality versus the Milano rug we bought from rugs.com is clear. As long as you set your expectations, this is an acceptable rug

VERY nice rug...

It's really nice. Not that plush, but plush enough! That is with no under lament. We might get something to hold it in place in the future. Design is great, very modern.

Very shiny and color varies

Ok rug. Depending on which direction it is brushes, the color varies from a whitish grey to a dark grey. Not what I was expecting or wanted. Too much of a pain to return as I had already tossed my previous rug and could not leave floor bare.
