Color not even close to images. Very disappointed

The rug I received is so much lighter in color than the ones in the photos, it's very white and not vibrant at all- I'm wondering if they are seconds and that's why they are at Overstock. I wish I had returned it instead of keeping it. :( The website won't let me upload a photo but please know I am very unhappy with the colors of this rug. The quality is fine for the price but heed my warning and don't order!!

Received the Wrong Rug

A few hours after I unrolled my new rug, I realized it was not the one I ordered. It was very similar, but the pattern was different. I reached out to the company and they said they could refund me but that I'll have to package up the rug and send it back. The packaging that the rug was originally sent in was not something that could be reused, which I mentioned. The technician then suggested I go out and buy a shower curtain to wrap it in. After a bit more conversation, I caved and decided to just keep the rug I received to save myself the hassle.

Not the rug I ordered. Twice.

I love this rug, I have it in another color in my living room. I ordered the brownish blueish one for my bedroom and unfortunately the rug sent to me was not the Edessa Tribal Medallion fringe design. I returned it, then ordered it again and was disappointed yet again to receive a rug that is pretty ugly. I called customer service and they were unhelpful to say the least. Going to return again and hope to find another rug I like as much.

Beautiful Tribal Medallion Rug

We were impressed with The prompt delivery. The rug came in excellent condition. The colors are true to the online pictures but I find it even more beautiful. With the surprise of being ultra soft and pleasant to walk barefoot. I strongly advise this purchase. I already have other models in sight for my next order.

Love this rug!

I have waited a year and half to buy a rug that I felt fit my space geographically and esthetically. Rugsusa. I was always overwhelmed to look for a rug because there are so many options. For whatever reason, I decided to search for orange rugs and this baby popped up. It fits in all the best ways. And I wasn’t charged more for ordering a square rug (perfect for 700sq ft apartments!) ...I just got back from traveling and in the midst of getting new windows, so sorry for the weird pic, but here it is in all its glory:

Purchased multiple times

I bought this rug for my living room originally in the rust. The colors weren't exactly as picture but I still love it. I've since moved it into the guest room since we moved and needed a larger rug for the living room. I then bought the khaki in a smaller size for the dining room. I LOVE it even more in this color. Soft, looks expensive, and all around my favorite purchase so far.

Awesome and Just like the Photo!

This rug was SO perfect! If you look at all the photos posted by people online, it looks exactly like that in person. It even felt higher quality than I was expecting. Usually these type of rugs are more textured, but this one was smoother making it feel more expensive. Colors are beautiful! Texture is expensive feeling! All around gorgeous rug.

Rug is pink

THIS RUG IS PINK. I purchased the 10' x 13' "rust" option, which is actually shades pink and purple. After viewing this rug in person, it is apparent that photos in the website listing have been altered. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this rug, because I just called customer support to initiate a return and sadly learned that it will cost me $139 to return the rug. I have purchased from RugsUSA before, but after this, I will not be back. It is truly disappointing.

Exactly What I Ordered!

I had my eye on this rugs for weeks before finally pulling the trigger. I ordered the bluer one but loved both color schemes that were available. The fringe on the ends adds such a great vintage touch, without it being so long to get tangled. The coloring is EXACTLY what I expected and I wish I had ordered the rug sooner. I also wanted a large rug but was unable to fit a 10' in my space so the dimensions on this rug were great!

Soft and good quality

Love this rug! It is SO soft and comfortable to walk on. The colors are pretty accurate to the website pictures. I love the fringe on the end that makes it look high quality. Right now we just have a thin rubber rug pad to keep it from sliding, and I don't know if we will get a wool rug pad or not. It seems thick enough to not need it. Really happy with this purchase.

Beautiful! But be wary of colors.

I ordered the blue colorway and at first was a little disappointed in the colors. The photo online is edited with a higher exposure so I expected a nice rusty orange and it is definitely borderline red in some areas. The rug seems to look different from just about every angle which is cool. It is definitely growing on me and I decided to put the less faded side under my bed so the part showing is more orange than red which is nice!

Edessa Olden Tribal Medallion Fringe

Disappointed as the rug is not the color of the images. It's light pink, magenta and light blue. I wanted what was pictured (rust colors and deep blues) This product does not work for my home and I am stuck with it and unhappy about the out ragous return shipping cost. :( Pictures should ALWAYS reflect the actual colors RUGS USA. I am sick about this purchase.

Disappointed

The colors shown in the images above are what I was hoping I would receive, but unfortunately the rug came in with bright purple tones and was just overall WAY too bright and not as faded looking as the photos. I was hoping for more of the brown tones, but that was completely missing, and instead I only got purple and pink tones. I rolled it out, immediately hated it, and rolled it right back up. Very disappointed.

Great rug, unfortunate customer service.

The rug is as incredibly soft as everyone has said and yes the colors are off a bit. Mine is pinkish, purple, rust, green and navy with a lot of white and ivory. Its fun though and it would work in my space great, except that Rugs USA sent at 9x12 instead of the 8x10. I understand that these things happen but when I spoke with Ria, she told me I was wrong. Nope. The thing is huge and is clearly labeled 9x12. Very frustrating. Still waiting on someone else to contact me for a solution "within 2-3 days", as she was unable to do so? Why have a customer service number if you cannot provide solutions to issues caused by your company.

Good rug for price point

The rug is very soft and it's great for what I need it for. However it is a bit thin (though expected at this price point), and it's much more pink in color tone than what was pictured. I was expecting it to be warmer and more maroon based on the pictures. Instead it's light pink, and green predominantly. The rug is however a deeper color when the fibers are brushed up, but the fibers do not stay up (they fall very quickly under any weight). I will keep it but it's a rug for a transitional apartment (<2 years), otherwise I'd send it back.

Colors are more vibrant in person

This rug has a nice design, good size, comfortable and fits nicely. Shipped on time. But the colors are very vibrant; I was expecting more rusty reds/burnt orange/navy blue and it turned out to be very pink/purple/ocean blue. I ended up keeping it because it wasn't terrible and I didn't want to fuss with returning it, but wouldn't have purchased it if I had known otherwise.

Absolutely In Love!

Ordered this rug a week ago and wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review. It came in great packaging no rips or tears on the package I opened it up and unrolled it to fine the rug in perfect condition! I love it so much it fits my space perfectly! It’s great quality for the price! I have two medium sized cattle dogs both around 50-60 lbs that run around all over it and the rug hasn’t shown any give what so ever! Over all completely satisfied!

Medessa tribal rug

When they delivered the rug, it was the wrong color. I ordered the reds and rust color. But got purple and pink. However, the rug itself is one of the most beautiful, high quality rug I have ever seen. So we decided to put it in another room and again try to order the one we originally wanted. I would not recommend getting the pad..poor quality. I ordered a very nice 1/2" 9x12 wool pad off overstock.com for 100$.

Jackpot!

Searched for a rug for my dining room forever! Wanted a rug that would be beautiful AND cost friendly and I finally found that with this rug. The “see this rug in your room” feature sealed the deal. I have a terrible time picturing online rugs in my room and this helped tremendously. The rug is soft, has beautiful colors with a nice vintage/faded aspect to it, rolled out and corners flattened nicely and quickly. Didn’t need a pad since it’s under my dining room table. Shipping was fast and FREE! Couldn’t be more pleased.
