I purchased this item online and had it sent to my home. When it arrived it was missing several pieces and the box had a small label placed over all of the model numbers which when pealed off revealed that the model number does not match the model number in the product description. I returned it to the store and purchased one from the store and it had the exact same problem. Long story short the model number is incorrect on this product. The model you will receive is WD21010 and it doesn’t have all the tools pictured.

Bought this to defrost my ice maker. It worked like a charm and comes with a lot of cool attachments that makes it a little easier to get in some of those hard to reach places. The only downfall I had with this was the first one I bought failed after about 3 fill ups for some reason. I brought it back to Home Depot and they exchanged it with no problems. I kind of wish you could lock the trigger down but I understand they probably don't do that for safety reasons. Altogether its a very cool cleaning tool that you can use for many applications.

I'm in love

this is my first handheld steam cleaner. I've always liked DirtDevil products, so when I saw this was on sale, I jumped. My immediate need was because the window tracks on my enclosed front porch were gross and I've never been able to clean them adequately. Now they are SO much better! Steam, steam with one of the brushes, wipe with a microfiber cloth and the difference is terrific. I'll do another round with a cleaner since it's been a few years, but overall I'm very happy with the results. The machine is easy to use, great directions and comes with a ton of attachments for all kinds of purposes.

Compact machine that can tackle any job!

Dirt Devil sent me this handheld steamer for free through the BzzAgent sampling program in exchange for an honest review. I will go ahead and say I'm way more impressed than I thought I would be. I was worried it would be heavy and hard to use due to it's size but it's actually not heavy at all even when the water tank is full. The steamer is 10 inches tall and 12 inches wide, without included nozzles attached. It has an extra large no spill water tank that holds approximately 250 ml of water (a little over a cup). I used the steamer for appropriately 30 minutes and still had water in the tank, which was great because I was able to steam my clothes without having to stop to refill. The trigger is easy to squeeze and didn't require much hand strength. It has a child proof lock so the trigger doesn't get pulled unless you want it pulled. It comes with 11 accessories. My favorites being the linen steamer and the squeegee. The instruction manual is easy to read and includes pictures of every step making it very easy to follow. I had no issues using it right away. I tried the scrubber attachment on the outside handrails of my house that had years of buildup on them and got them white again so I am impressed. It also has a very long cord so I was able to walk around without having to stop and change outlets during use. I highly recommend this steamer over others I've tried mainly because it's one compact machine that can tackle many different needs from steaming your clothes and disinfecting your bathroom to squeegeeing your windows and cleaning your grill.

A must buy

This product is a must buy if you are very detailed when it comes to cleaning around your home. I have a 10 month so I need all the extra help with cleaning. I especially use this for the window sills and base boards which tend to collect dirt over time.

Step Up your cleaning Game!

This steamer is definitely a game changer in my arsenal of cleaning tools! Small, lightweight, and easy to use makes it my new go-to gadget. I was able to get into all the stubborn nooks and cranny's that tradition cleaning can't do. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to a couple down falls to the tool. As far as accessories go, the bristle attachment did not hold up well and looks like it's about 10 years old after only about 7-10 uses. The instructions were not the greatest so I had to resort to good old YouTube for some videos on how to use all the attachments. But overall, I've been able to effectively deep clean my kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures/tile/grout, removed a stain from my carpet, and have steamed many loads of laundry! Great tool and highly recommend!

Wouldn't spend my own money on this product

I used the 7 in 1 handheld steamer twice, one on the knobs of my gas stove and dishwasher and it got in the little nooks that my sponge can't reach great. The second thing I used it for is the inside of my deli prep station that has been sitting in my garage and it worked like garbage, I had to stop a couple times to let the steam pressure come back up to keep using it, when using the hose attachment the pressure was significantly decreased and using the attachments had such a loud whistle it hurt my ears.
