Received partially damaged, scratched, teared off and paint off, contacted wayfair about it, they denied helping me and said this issue is something which their manufacturer will handle and will send an email for the next steps. Its almost 2 weeks now and no email sent. Both wayfair and manufacturer are irresponsible on this. I have bought this item from wayfair and they are not even ready to interfere, forget about the manufacturer, I am not sure if they both are mutually communicating.I WANT MY REFUND 100.Pathetic service, very disappointing.

poorly made

Poor quality, Two of the support braces that hold the playing floor up were not fastened properly and had slipped down causing the balls to all roll towards the center of the floor. This happened sometime before we recieved it.

Damaged felt

I bought a pool table and then I hired 2 people to carry it to second floor and then assembled it, as soon as we flipped the table I saw the felt was ripped, it is hard for me to return it because it’s very hard for me to unassailable it and move it to the store for return, I prefer to keep it but I’m not satisfied!

Great pool table

The pool table is exactly how it is described! We have been enjoying a lot of pool and our kids love it too. Set up was fairly easy with just needing to put the legs on. I recommend at least 2-3 people to help get the table in your house and to flip the table over once the legs are on. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

Great product, but barely playable

The pooltable is beautiful and looks just as pictured, but the tabletop itself is warped in such a way that the pool balls will not rest on one side of the table, even though it is indeed leveled. And you can't return it to the company unless it is purchased directly through them, and in original packaging (which was destroyed to get the table out)

Good value for the price

Overall, good table. Doesn’t use slate, so you will notice the balls don’t always stay straight. Not enough to ruin the whole experience, but does affect your play some. Also worth noting, the felt can mar a bit easily. After assembly, you will need 4 adults to successfully rotate onto its feet. Again, good table for the price.
