It is light weight so I can take it indoors in the winter. Very easy to clean. Makes a lovely gurgling "stream" sound. It took a bit of manual dexterity to get the hoses attached because you can't see what you are doing. It's all by feel. This fountain looks great bu my decorative grasses in my back yard.

Sounds like a mountain stream

We have a small patio. This is just the right size. It sounds like we have a mountain stream running through our yard. We love it!

leaks

This is a replacement to the previous one we got that leaked. This one leaks too! So, we just gave up on messing with them and it's sitting outside with barely any water not running.

Directions are a bit off

The quality is not that good but I’ve got a good deal on this,so the price was fair for what it is. Instructions are off, the transparent hose should be place before the last step. Otherwise it doesn’t work. Also one of the hoses is too long, I had to cut a bit off in order to fit in the barrel.

Great Fountain

I have had several fountains. This is one of the best I have had. It holds about five gallons of water, so no need to refill daily unless it is windy out, which blows the water out of the fountain. It works great and is easy to clean. Looks and sounds great in my yard. My cats also like to drink from it. I just got it this summer so will see how long it lasts. As long as you empty it and store in a shed it should last for many years as my other fountains have.

So happy with the Alpine fountain purchase

We couldn't be happier with our Alpine Fountain purchase. Super easy to put together, however the instructions were a bit misleading and I was missing 2 screws, luckily we had extra screws lying around the house. the water feature has a very calming flow, set on the lowest setting it sounds like you are literally next to a waterfall. Just love it.

Check for all parts before putting together.

I think it was going to be a beautiful little display! Put the whole thing together and realized at the end pump handle was missing! Contacted Alpine and was asked to send pictures with information they needed and received email they could not help to return the item. So for one little pump handle I had to take the whole thing apart, box back up and return it to the retailer.

I highly recommend this product and this company. The fountain was fairly simple to assemble and directions were easy to follow, as well as an assembly video to watch. I did encounter an issue with assembly (which was my own error) and reached out by text message. I was surprised to get an immediate response! Melody was friendly, professional and quick to find a solution to my error. It’s very refreshing to find a company that stands by its product and is committed to customer satisfaction. I love my new fountain!

Waterfall Fountain Attraction!

I have used this Waterfall Fountain for over a year and am very pleased with the quality. It has not lost any color or shine. This is very light weight and has added a rustic look to my backyard. This is a charming and very attractive addition and I get a lot of cute comments from people who visit my back yard.

I love the look of the fountain, but was not careful reading the dimensions and it is much smaller than I anticipated. I thought about returning this product due to its size, but wound up keeping it. My biggest complaint is that it splashes water everywhere and the floor is constantly wet. My husband had to make me a water block out of screen mesh to prevent the mess. The other issue is that my dog now prefers to drink from the fountain rather than his water bowl. Also, after a few weeks, the unit should be cleaned because it does collect slime after a while.

Great looking fountain within budget

I loved this fountain’s look and that comes with very reasonable price. My motor pump for this fountain got bad after 5 months, I called customer service, they took care of this issue right away by sending replacement for it. No cost to me of anything.

I purchase the Barrel Fountain for my mom as surprise and she Love it... It looks so beautiful and the water falling makes so nice relaxing noise. We saw birds coming and drinking from it. We took pictures and posted on Facebook and friends where asking where we got it . We recommend Overstock . Few of my friends got it and they love it too. My mom was very happy with the gift and I am happy that she love it. It's relaxing and worth every penny I spend it . Next spring I will get it for myself. 😍

Was not Solar like description said

The description I looked at said it was Solar, It is not. Decided to keep it anyway. Put it by the front porch near bushes and using extra long extension cord to run it after taking attached photos. you have to be pretty close to hear it. If you are looking for solar don't buy this otherwise will be a good investment.

Decent for the $ but will need filling daily

I purchased this as a replacement fountain. I use the fountain as an outdoor water bowl for my dogs. The fountain is constructed well for the price. My rating is based on the fact that the bottom barrel for this fountain is the middle one for the 3 tier fountain so it has the lip for water to flow into that barrel. This is clearly shown in the picture but I missed it. This is not working for what I use it for so will now have to purchase another fountain. Again, my error, I was pleased with the quality the construction I called customer service hoping to purchase the bottom barrel but it is not sold separately

Bronze painted plastic, low quality but worth $

The fountain works well for the price I paid for it. It's made of a lightweight plastic material that is painted to look bronze. It's functional and seems to work well but not made with high quality materials. It was fairly easy to assemble but the instructions were lacking information in a few spots and some different screws were included in the box than the ones listed in the manual. Overall I am happy with the purchase for what I paid it's a cute little fountain. Not as tall as I'd thought but I positioned mine on the top step of our porch with gives it a presence.

It is very cute. I like the sound of it. It was easy to put together. The price was also reasonable. I will be spending money on preserving it, which I wasn't aware of. I am getting ready to order both the sealer and the weekly fountain formula. I'm willing to do this to help it last longer. Living in FL I realize that the algae can quickly build up without some intervention.
