Space saver

I looked at many before choosing this one. This shelf seemed like the best one for me to install in on my bedroom wall. It works perfectly on my wall and looks great. It will not take up my floor space and still allows me to put more small items on it.

The shelf is very pretty in person the pictures are representative of what it looks like in personPutting it up on the wall was straightforward I didnt bother with the directions, and everything went relatively smoothlyThe only problem was after putting up the mounting brackets, it was tougher than I liked to actually slide the shelf onI get that you have to have close tolerances so it doesnt wiggle, and I was in a weird angle and had limited visibility when sliding it on but part of the assembly is to screw the shelf portion to the mounting brackets, so it wasnt going to wiggle regardless But thats a super minor nitOverall the unit is great and I recommend it

My contractor said that the Vasagle Floating Shelves seemed to be sturdy, well- made shelves, and easy to installI am happy with them

Nice looking floating shelves. I was very happy to see that the wood grain style that I really like from the bar table matched perfectly with the shelves. It really gives my bar area a nice cohesive look.

I needed a single shelf for a very specific area, its hard to find just ONE shelf on here, so I picked thisIt looks ok, but the shelf itself is pretty cheapIts like the hard stuff they give you for the back of dressers not the folding type, the one level up from that? and its painted/textured on one sideSo, it keeps the shelf very light, but youre putting up this crazy hard core mounting bracket for a shelf that feels like if you pulled on it too hard it might crack in half My other issue is mounting, which is partially unrelated to this shelf and just about all floating shelvesI get it, but its worth mentioning if youve never mounted one of these - its a PITA because you either need to make a lot of pretty large holes and use the anchors all provided! this shelf would require 6 I think holes and anchors if mounted that wayThe plus of this shelf is the side mounting holes are 16 apart so if you happen to be able to hang it where you have studs, you SHOULD be able to do thatThe screws are serious business and Im not putting much on this shelf so I was able to hang it in two studs with the screwsBut now you need to have a drill on hand, so keep that in mind I guess Im just saying to know what youre getting in to, and make sure you have a level, drill, something to get those screws in the studs, etcIts up, its fine, but the quality of the shelf itself is sort of crap

I looked online for floating shelves and read a lot of reviews and compared pricesThis seemed like the best combo of value and good reviews and I have not been disappointedI was careful mounting them, one side of the mounting rack got into a stud, the other I had to use an anchorIt seems very sturdy, though as yet I havent got much heavy stuff on the top onebut the bottom has a plant and now a large mug and fine for thatI recommend these, as long as you carefully mount using the appropriate hardware it includes different options

So the bracket and design is goodEasy to install and the potential to be really secure if it hits a stud or with better hardware The wood is really cheap looking and feeling, especially up close The drywall screws dont do a great job, the shelf will sightly sag forward with them and will not tighten all the way Honestly I feel its overpriced for the quality and resultsIt feels like something that should be 25 at a Walmart/Target If I end up moving it, Ill look into better hardware and maybe replacing the wood completelyBracket seems like it has potential

Not solid wood, but pretty solid for thin plywood with faux finishJust use proper butterfly wall anchors, not the auger style that comes with it

Theses shelves are very pretty - rich color!The shelves come with little screws to hold them on the rods - nice plus!The hold up to 25 lbs, so 8 large coffee mugs fit very nicely, and no fear of fallingThe rods are supper easy to install, only took about 30 minutes for two shelves!Ta Dah!
