Do not buy this table.

I have had this table and chair set for about 3 years. The table is the problem. I like the color and how the leaves pull out simply to extend the table. Unfortunately it scratches so incredibly easily. We have had 2 of these tables since the first one had issues with the stain coming off and so it got replaced. What we have noticed with BOTH tables is that things like my grandson doing homework on the table will leave letters and numbers through the paper and in the table, doing legos on the table will deeply scratch the table by moving the legos around, snagging the table with your fingernail will gouge the table, a wicker basked has scratched the table, .etc... Anything we do on the table has to have something like a tablecloth, cardboard, or placemat on it. Our table is all scratched up from very basic normal things that none of our many previous tables had happen to them. I would not recommend this table to anyone.

Nice

It fits perfectly into the intended space. We love the spring action for the leaves. One downfall, because of the leg placement none of the chairs push all the way in.

Terribly made

Bought table 2 years ago. Top is very soft wood. You can see every scratch, writing from using paper and 3 of my chairs cracked like the other pictures. I bought the warranty and fought for a new table which I finally received 3 months ago but they won't cover the chairs telling me "it's wear and tear" very frustrating

Kitchen set and your service

Love the look. And fit really nice in my home had some searches on the guys that came out told me that I hammered on it. And when I set up the appointment the girl didn't understand what I was trying to tell her. She told me just tell them the things wrong with it and they would fix it. He proceeded to tell me he only had 2 chair and the corner of the table to fix. Well he did fixwhat was wrong. But what got me was that I'm 68 years old. Why would I be hammering on a new kitchen set that I waitted 7 monthes for. And that I paid over a thousand dollars. U had my money that I lost money on and items that I bought from u that I didn't have. The delivery date was changed 4 times before I got the kitchen set.

I would buy again.

This table has been a great set! The chairs provide plenty of support while sitting at the table and it was just what we were looking for. The bench did have a screw fall out of it but it was a super easy fix to tight it up. Love that it is extendable on the ends and just slides in and out! This set is exactly what we were looking for. #sweepstakes

The bench shouldn't be included in pictures if its not included in the 5-piece....just a bit of advice....

Poor quality

This table and chairs are not built to last even one year. The table top is soft and even when my kids do homework there is indents left on the table top. Also my husband who is average sized man just scooted back in the chair and the back of the chair cracked. Contacted slumberland and they didn't back their product at all! Terrible service and terrible manufacturing!

Easily Scratches

Easily scratches and probably one of the worst tables to buy. Slumberland wouldn't do anything about it after we only had for not even a week. Customer service is horrible we will never shop here again.

We were happy with the overall look! The table top had a gouge and discoloration and my husband called right away and they were quick to find a solution!

Happy with purchase!

I really like this dining set. It is excellent for small spaces, yet can seat all our family. I really like the ends that slide out and up to add extra seating. The table is very heavy duty. I wish the chairs and bench were as heavy duty as the table.

Easily Scratches

Table is real modern and nice looking. It was exactly what we've been searching for. Unfortunately the table top is soft and scratches/indents easily without much force.

Bought the set. Assembled it with my 12 year old son. Wasn't hard. It looks great.

Very Soft Wood damages easily

Do not recommend if you have kids or plan to use the table at all. First of all it was delivered with chipped wood and damaged. Slumberland was responsive and agreed to send a replacement table top. While waiting for it to be shipped, we kept the damaged one to use. We had it for about a month and there are scratches all over the top from every day use. Kids doing homework have resulted in numbers indented on the table. They aren't pushing hard as I tested it. Writing on paper on the table results in scratches. My kid also opened a candy that had a foil wrap and the wrap moving against the table (normally without force) scratched the top. I've had other sets that were way cheaper and held up way better than this. Waited months to receive the undamaged replacement (which is fine due to COVID) only to have the new one have two long gashes across the table top upon arrival - the gashes turn the dark wood into light color so it is very noticeable and much worse than the crushed sides as at least those were on the side and not on top for easy viewing! Only giving some stars as we think the seats and bench are comfortable. If this table cannot even be delivered without being damaged due to how soft the wood is - its not good for a dining room table. BEWARE.

I purchased online without seeing the table and chairs. The end extensions are very nice and easy to use.

So easy and beautiful!

We love this dining set! It was so easy to put together with the two of us-probably only 15 minutes. We opted out of the bench and got 2 extra chairs. Chairs were super simple to put together as well. We've already had a few dinners ourselves and looking forward to hosting Christmas this year! The built in leaves will allow room for our big family. Highly recommend. #sweepstakes
