I bought this because it wasnt a carpet covered monstrosity.. but now I'm happy I bought it because my cats really are enjoying it. I sprinkled a little catnip in the bottom box so they KNEW the tree was for them, now it's where they like hanging out all day. Easy enough to assemble in like 30-45 mins. Great purchase! Love it!

My kittens love this! I love the scratch post let¡¯s them stretch out which they love and they rope goes all the way to the top which is better than the ones that have carpet at the top which wears faster and looks bad.

This item for my girl is so nice. It was so easy to assemble .. all the fasteners and the holes lined up perfectly. All the pieces were in perfect condition and I wasn't missing any hardware, in fact, there were a couple of extras. The color of the wood is deep and rich. The Allen wrench left a little bit to be desired, so I just used a standard screwdriver. I certainly am not going to discount any stars off just for that. My girl is about 11 lb. and she has enough room to lounge on all the areas, and she has privacy in the little first floor condo. It is the perfect height to sit in front of my window for her to check out what's going on. The fur pads are soft and stay in place with the Velcro. It is a bit on the pricey side, but I sure feel that I got what I paid for. It's getting used and that's what counts.

Super easy to assemble, took me maybe 25-30 minutes, and it¡¯s also an aesthetically pleasing cat stand to look at too. Lots of places for the cat to hang out. Looks great. Would recommend.

Don¡¯t listen to that racist talking about ¡°Chinese cheap¡± I was expecting this to arrive in early.ovember but it ended up at my house a few days after ordering so super happy about that. My husband put it together and even though there were about 25 steps it was easy and well instructed. It seems better quality than the last $60 one i bought that was mostly fabric. The wood seems like it will last and it looks good! the only thing i dislike is that the fabric ¡°cushion¡± included for all the chill spots is very thin! I expect i will replace eventually but i do like that i can take off the Velcro and throw it in the washer if it ever.eeds it. It is very thin but i think that is the only con to this item. Overall I¡¯m happy with this and would definitely recommend.

?My cat is 14 lbs..ot sure If this is exactly for his big size. The condo has an odor that.eeds to air out. It¡¯s all hard wood except for the one piece I.eed to be hard wood. Super bummed about that. I got this so my cat can jump into my bed easily..ot exactly happy the middle piece is so hollow sounding it scares my cat. Overall it¡¯s a good cat house I just wish the landings were a little bigger for my oversized kitty.
