This chest of drawers looks as expected once put together. My husband said that the directions were good and easy to follow. The quality is what you would expect for the price. We are satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to someone looking for a nice but inexpensive chest of drawers. I bought these for my daughter.

Not a commended buy

The wood is somewhat glossy but it's a glossy paint over wood. You can see the grain of the woods through it. It's not necessarily a problem but I was looking more for a very high glossy "wrapped in plastic" look like some 70's pieces have, to go with the rest of the armoires in my walk-in.
