The glass was completely shattered. I am giving 5 stars because the return/replace process was very easy. I don't have to send the mirror back, I can just throw it out. I haven't received the replacement yet, fingers crossed it is in one piece!!

What a great piece, I'm so glad I decided to pull the trigger. It's exactly as I expected. It was carefully packed and arrived on time with no delays. Looks great in my room!

We found this item at a competitor but I was waiting for it to go on sale but I saw this item on HOUZZ at a cheaper price and it's the same thing.

Nice mirror

Purchased the mirror for our guest bedroom since we didn't have a mirror in there for guests. Looks very nice with our other rustic furniture. We just leaned it, but it is rather short for tall guests, so you might want to hang it on the wall.

Mirror is quality and fairly heavy. Black frame has some streaks of silver showing through for a rustic finish. I used in a small half bath for an industrial feel. Wood is what I'd call medium and blends well with other wooden and woven accent pieces. Would purchase again.

Purchase experience on the website was fantastic. Item was shipped as expected, carefully packed no damage at all. I wasn't sure at first that I would keep it and the company was very responsive explaining to me how I could return the item. I decided that in fact I did want to keep it and have been thrilled with it!

This mirror is beautiful and well made. The packaging was well done to prevent any possible shipping damage, arrived quickly in great condition. Mirror is stable and solid when leaned against the wall, also appears that wall mounting was be good as well.
